अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एमआयएन-२०२१/प्र.क्र.४६/३०.----महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल हे, मुख्यमंयांच्या सल्ल्यावरून याद्वारे,----

(१) श्री. अनिल वसंतराव देशमुख, यांचा मंत्री पदाचा राजीनामा दिनांक ६ एप्रिल, २०२१ पासून स्वीकारीत आहेत ; आणि (ब) शासकीय अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, क्रमांक एमआयएन-२०१९/सीईआर-२४२/३० दिनांक ३० डिसेंबर २०१९ मध्ये दिनांक ६ एप्रिल, २०२१ पासून पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहेत :----

उक्त अधिसूचनेमधील, ""मंत्री"" या शीर्षाखालील श्री. अनिल वसंतराव देशमुख यांच्या संबंधातील नोंद क्रमांक (०५) वगळण्यात येईल.

महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने,

NOTIFICATION

No. MIN-2021/CR-46/30.—The Governor of Maharashtra, upon the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased,—

(a) to accept, with effect from the 6th April 2021, the resignation of Shri Anil Vasantrao Deshmukh, of his office as Minister ; and

(b) to amend, with effect from the 6th April, 2021 the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. MIN-2019/CR-242/30, dated the 30th December 2019, as follows, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Ministers", entry (5), relating to Shri Anil Vasantrao Deshmukh, shall be deleted.
