ज्याअर्थी उंबरपाडा-सफाळे (बिगर नगरपरिषद) क्षेत्राच्या विकास योजनेच्या आराखडयास शासनाने शासन निर्णय क्र. टिपीएस १२८०/ ४८९०/नवि-५ दिनांक ०६ मे १९८१ अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली असून ती विकास योजना दिनांक १ जुलै १९८१ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे.

ज्याअर्थी सदर विकास योजना आराखडा मंजूर होऊन २० वषार्र्ंपेक्षा जास्त काळ झालेला आहे. कलम १५४ अन्वयेचे शासन निर्देश क्र.टिपीएस.१८१०/८३/प्र.क्र.२११५/२०१०/नवि-१३, दिनांक २ फेब्रुवारी २०१२ नुसार ज्या विकास योजना अंमलात येऊन १७ वर्षे किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त कालावधी झाला आहे त्या सुधारित करणेची कार्यवाही संबंधित नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने तातडीने सुरू करणे आवश्यक आहे आणि सदर विकास योजनेच्या आराखडयात फेरबदल करणे आवश्यक वाटत आहे. ज्याअर्थी उंबरपाडा-सफाळे (बिगर नगरपरिषद) जिल्हा परिषद, पालघर त्यांच्या दिनांक १२ जून २०१९ चे सर्वसाधारण सभेचे ठराव क्र. ५०४अ अन्वये सदरहू बिगर नगरपरिषद कक्षेतील क्षेत्रासाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३८ व २३(१) अन्वये विकास योजना तयार करण्याचा इरादा जाहीर केलेला आहे.

उंबरपाडा-सफाळे (बिगर नगरपरिषद) कक्षेतील येणाया क्षेत्रासाठी विकास योजना करावयाची आहे, ते क्षेत्र नकाशावर लाल किनारीने सिमीत केले असून सदर नकाशा जिल्हा परिषद, पालघर कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरीकांना पाहणेसाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम २३(२) मधील तरतुदीस अनुसरून खुला ठेवला आहे.

ज्या नागरीकांना नियोजित विकास योजनेसंबंधी काही सूचना व हरकती असतील त्यांनी ही अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध होईल त्या तारखेपासून ६० (साठ) दिवसांचे आत त्यांच्या सूचना अगर हरकती जिल्हा परिषद, पालघर यांचेकडे लेखी द्याव्यात.

Declaration of intention to revise the Development Plan of Umbarpada-Saphale (Non Municipal), whereas the Development Plan of Umbarpada-Saphale (Non Municipal) has been sanctioned by Maharashtra Government vide Notification No. TPS-1280/4890/UD-5, dated 6th May 1981 and it has come into force from dated 1st July 1981.

And whereas the period of 20 years is over. After come into force above said Development Plan and whereas Zilla Parishad, Palghar vide its Resolution No. 504A dated 12th June 2019 has decided to revise the Development Plan of entire Umbarpada-Saphale (Non Municipal) area under section 38 with section 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Area proposed to be covered by the aforesaid revised Development Plan is shown in Red Verge on the plan which is kept open for inspection in the office of the Zilla Parishad, Palghar on all working days during office hours as required under section 23(ii) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Those who intend to file their suggestion /objection in respect of the aforesaid plan may do so in writing, if any within 60 days from the date of appearing this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
