क्रमांक पीआरओ. ०३२१/प्र.क्र. १२२/विशा-२.----फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९७३ (सन १९७४ चा २) च्या कलम २१ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन, जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा निवडणूक अधिकारी, सोलापूर/निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी, २५२----पंढरपूर विधानसभा मतदारसंघ, यांनी उक्त मतदारसंघाच्या पोट-निवडणुकीच्या प्रयोजनासाठी नियुक्त केलेले भरारी पथक (Flying Squad) व स्थायी देखरेख पथक (Static Surveillance Team), यांच्या प्रमुखांना उक्त निवडणुकीच्या कालावधीसाठी आणि उक्त मतदारसंघाच्या पोट-निवडणुकीच्या प्रयोजनासाठी नियुक्त क्षेत्रीय अधिकायांना दिनांक १५ एप्रिल २०२१ रोजी सायं. ६-०० वाजतापासून ते दिनांक १७ एप्रिल २०२१ पयर्ंत, याद्वारे, विशेष कार्यकारी दंडाधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त करीत आहे आणि त्यांना उक्त कालावधींसाठी फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९७३ च्या कलम १२९, १३३, १४३ व १४४ खाली विशेष कार्यकारी दंडाधिकायाच्या शक्ती प्रदान करीत आहे.

महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने,

NOTIFICATION

CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1973.

No. Pro.0321/C.R. 122/Spl-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declare as Special Executive Magistrates the heads of the Flying Squads and Static Surveillance Teams constituted by the District Collector and District Election Officer, Solapur/Returning Officer, 252–Pandharpur Legislative Assembly Constituency, for the purposes of bye-election to the said Constituency, for the period of the said election, and for the purpose of bye-election constituted the Zonal Officers in the said Constituency for the period of 15th April 2021 from 18-00 Hrs. to 17th April 2021 and confers upon them the powers of Special Executive Magistrates under sections 129, 133, 143 and 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the said period.
