MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.—
No. TPS-2619-2784-C.R.-51-UD-9-2020.—
Whereas, Development Plan of Wardha (Revised) City has been sanctioned by the Government vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS-2601-1380-C.R.-60(D)-2002-UD-9, dated 09th January 2004 and has come into force with effect from 25th February 2004 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") ;
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, land bearing Nazul Sheet Nos. 19, Plot No. 14 & 11/1A area admeasuring about 12745.0 Sq. Mt. of Mouja Wardha (hereinafter referred to as "the said Land") are reserved for Site No. 33 "Vegebale Market & Shopping center" (hereinafter referred to as "the said Reser- vation");
And whereas, the Wardha Municipal Council, Wardha being the Planning Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority"), vide its General Body Resolution No. 17, dated 16th February 2019 has resolved to appoint appropriate authority as Agricultural Produce Market Committee instead of Wardha Municipal Council for the said reservation. Accordingly after following all the legal procedure as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act submitted a modification proposal to the Government for its sanction (hereinafter referred to as "the said Proposed Modification") ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government hereby, sanctions the said Proposed Modification and for that purpose amends the aforesaid Notification dated the 09-01-2004 as follows.—
"In the Schedule of Modifications appended to the Notification dated 9th January 2004 sanctioning the said Development Plan, the following new entry shall be added after the last entry "–

"The land bearing Nazul Sheet Nos. 19, Plot No. 14 & 11/1A area admeasuring 12745.0 Sq. Mt.
are reserved for Site No. 33 "Vegetable mrket & Shopping Center". The Appropriate Authority for this reservation shall be Agricultural Produce Market Committee instead of Wardha Municipal Council as shown on plan."
A copy of the said Notification, along with the part plan showing the aforesaid sactioned modification, shall be available for inspection of the general public, in the Office of the Chief Offcer, Wardha Municipal Council, Wardha during office hours on all working days for a period of on month.

Declaration of intention to prepare Development Plan of Korpana Nagar Panchayat u/s 23 (1)
[read with section 21 (2)] of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.—

Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department vide its Notification No. MUN-2014/ C.R. 102/D-18, dated 23rd April 2015 constituted Korpana Nagar Panchayat. It is necessary to prepare the Development Plan for the area of Nagar Panchayat as per Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for Planned Development of the said area.
Hence, the Korpana Nagar Panchayat by its Resolution No. 01, Dated 24-03-2021 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of Section 23 (1) [read with Section 21 (2)] of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being pub- lished.
The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Korpana Nagar Panchayat is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Korpana Nagar Panchayat, as required under Section 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Palnning Act, 1966.
Any suggestion / objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Korpana, Nagar Panchayat within a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion / objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.
