क्रमांक आयओएस-०१२१/प्र.क्र.३६/विशा-४.---- भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २५८ च्या खंड (१) अन्वये राष्ट्रपतींना प्रदान केलेल्या केंद्र शासनाच्या कार्यकारी शक्तींना अनुसरून भारत सरकारचे राजपत्र, भाग दोन, उप विभाग ३ (दोन) दिनांक ११ मे,१९६३ मध्ये प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या केंद्र शासनाच्या आदेश क्र.एसओ-१२८५, दिनांक ४ मे, १९६३ आणि युनियन वॉर बुकमधील भाग-३ च्या कलम-४ अन्वये शासकीय गुपिते अधिनियम, १९२३ (१९२३ चा १९) च्या कलम २ च्या खंड (८) च्या उप खंड (क) व (ड) याखाली, महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडे सोपविण्यात आलेल्या केंद्र शासनाच्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे खालील अनुसूचीत विर्िनदिष्ट केलेले हे उक्त अधिनियमातील कलम २ च्या खंड ८ चे उप खंड (ड) अन्वये " क " वर्ग प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे :-----

OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT, 1923.
No. IOS-0121/CR.36/SPL-4.—In pursuance of the entrustment of the executive functions of the Central Government to the Government of Maharashtra by the President of India, under clause (1) of article 258 of the Constitution of India, in relation to any of the matters specified in sub-clauses (c) and (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (19 of 1923), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, by the Government of India's Order No.S.O.1285, dated 4th May 1963, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, section 3 (ii), dated the 11th May 1963, and in pursuance of section 4 of Chapter III of the Union War Book, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the said Act, the place specified in the SCHEDULE appended hereto to be the Prohibited Place Category "C" for the purposes of the said Act, namely :—
