क्रमांक आयडीसी . २०२० / प्र.क्र.५८८ /उद्योग १४. -ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम , १ ९ ६१ ( १ ९ ६२ चा महा . तीन) यांच्या कलम १ , पोट- कलम ( ३ ) अन्वये करण्यात आलेली व महाराष्ट्र शासन असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग चार - ब , दिनांक १२ मे २०१७ , पृष्ठ क्रमांक १ ते २३ वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे उद्योग , ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाचे क्रमांक आयडीसी . २०१७ / (प्र.क्र.२२१ ) उद्योग -१४, दिनांक १३ मे २०१७ अन्वये उपरोक्त अधिनियमाच्या प्रकरण - सहाचे उपबंध हे त्या अधिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले मौजे , ' आंबळे', तालुका ' मावळ ' , जिल्हा ' पुणे ' येथील क्षेत्रास दिनांक १२ मे २०१७ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत . व उक्त क्षेत्र हे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २ खंड ( ग) अन्वये , ' औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ' , म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी , उपरोक्त अनुसूचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जमिनी त्या भागात समाविष्ट आहे ; ( यापुढे याचा उल्लेख " उक्त जमिन " असा करण्यात येईल. )
आणि, ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाकरिता उक्त जमिनी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून विकासासाठी या जागेची आवश्यकता असल्याचे राज्य शासनाचे मत आहे ;
आणि, ज्याअर्थी उक्त जमिनीच्या जमीन मालकांचे व त्यात हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अधिनियमांच्या कलम ३२ चे पोट - कलम ( २ ) प्रमाणे ऐकून घेतलेले आहे व त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनाने या कलमाच्या ३२ चे पोट- कलम ( १ ) च्या अनुषंगाने उक्त जमीन संपादन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम , १ ९ ६१ चे कलम ३२ ( १ ) चा वापर करून सदर जमिनी उपरोक्त कारणासाठी संपादीत केल्या असल्याबद्दलची ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासन या कलमाअन्वये प्राप्त अधिकारांचा वापर करून प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे.

NOTICE
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT , 1961 .
No. IDC 2020/ ( C.R.588 )/IND 14. Whereas by Government of Maharashtra has by the Government Notification , Industries , Energy and Labour Department , No.IDC.2017/ ( CR 221 )/IND- 14, dated the 12th May 2017 , issued under sub - section (3 ) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act , 1961 ( Mah. III of 1962 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) , and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette , Extra - ordinary , Part IV - B , dated 13th May 2017 , on pages 26-48 notified the 12th May 2017 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act , shall take effect in certain areas of village , 'Aamble' in Taluka , 'Maval' , District , "Pune" , mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification ( hereinafter referred to as "the said area " ) and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause ( g ) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;
And whereas , the lands mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto ( hereinafter referred to as " the said lands " ) are situated in the said areas ;
And whereas , the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area .
And whereas , after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance of notice issued under sub - section ( 2 ) of section 32 of the said Act , the Government of Maharashtra has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section ( 1 ) of section 32 ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 32 of the said Act , the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.

क्र. आयडीसी-२०२० /प्र.क्र.५८८ / उद्योग १४.- ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९ ६१ ( सन १ ९ ६२ चा महाराष्ट्र तीन ) यांच्या कलम १ , पोट- कलम ( ३ ) अन्वये करण्यात आलेली व महाराष्ट्र शासन असाधारण राजपत्र, भाग चार - ब, दिनांक १२ मे २०१७ , पृष्ठ क्र . १ ते २३ वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाचे क्र.आयडीसी-२०१७ / (प्र.क्र.२२१ ) /उद्योग -१४ , दिनांक १३ मे २०१७ ( यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त अधिसूचना " असा करण्यात येईल ) अन्वये उपरोक्त अधिनियमाच्या प्रकरण सहाचे उपबंध हे त्या अधिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले मौजे निगडे , आंबळे, पवळेवाडी व कल्हाट , तालुका मावळ , जिल्हा ' पुणे' येथील क्षेत्रास दिनांक १२ मे २०१७ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत व उक्त क्षेत्र हे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग ) अन्वये , " औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " , म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे .
ज्याअर्थी , संयुक्त मोजणी अहवालावरून काही गट नंबरच्या क्षेत्रामध्ये तफावत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे .
तर , महाराष्ट्र सामान्य कलम कायदा , १ ९ ०४ च्या कलम २१ सोबत वाचण्यात येणाऱ्या उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १, उप कलम (३ ) आणि कलम २ चे उप कलम (ग) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांतर्गत महाराष्ट्र शासन असे जाहीर करते की , सदर अधिसूचनेत खालीलप्रमाणे बदल झाले आहेत असे मानण्यात येईल .
या अधिसूचनेसोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये
मौजे आंबळे, तालुका मावळ , जिल्हा पुणे या शीर्षकाखाली
(अ) अनुक्रमांक ९ मध्ये गट नंबर ९ करिता आकडेवारीमध्ये " ११.०५६ " ऐवजी " १०.०५६ " वाचावे.
(ब) अनुक्रमांक २७ मध्ये गट नंबर २८ करिता आकडेवारीमध्ये " ११.०४० " ऐवजी " ११.०२० " वाचावे.
(क) अनुक्रमांक १२१ मध्ये गट नंबर १० ९ करिता आकडेवारीमध्ये " ९ .४२४ " ऐवजी " ९ .६०४ " वाचावे.
(ड) अनुक्रमांक १२ ९ मध्ये गट नंबर ११७ करिता आकडेवारीमध्ये " ५.८५० " ऐवजी " ४.३८८ " वाचावे.
(इ ) अनुक्रमांक १६१ मध्ये गट नंबर १ ९ ० करिता आकडेवारीमध्ये " ३.७३० " ऐवजी " ८.३१० " वाचावे.

NOTIFICATION

And whereas , in the joint measurement report of the said area , differences in areas of the certain survey numbers in the said area is noticed ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub - section (3 ) of section 1 and clause ( g ) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act , 1961 ( Mah . III of 1962 ) read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act ( I of 1904 ) , and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby , amends the said notification , as under :
In the SCHEDULE appended to the said Notification ,
Under heading "Villages Aamble , Taluka -Maval , District -Pune " . ,-
(a) In entry at serial number 9 , relating to Gat number 9 for the figures " 11.056 " , the figures " 10.056 " shall be substituted ;
(b) In entry at serial number 27 , relating to Gat number 28 for the figures " 11.040 " , the figures " 11.020 " shall be substituted;
(c) In entry at serial number 121 , relating to Gat number 109 for the figures " 9.424 " , the figures " 9.604 " shall be substituted ;
(d) In entry at serial number 129 , relating to Gat number 117 for the figures " 5.850 " , the figures " 4.388 " shall be substituted;
(e) In entry at serial number 161 , relating to Gat number 190 for the figures " 3.730 " , the figures " 8.310" shall be substituted;
