Modification Under Section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
No.MCW-DP-Desk-14-147-2021.—
Whereas, Development Plan of Washim (2nd Revised) has been sanctioned by Govt. of Maharashtra State, TPS No. 4115-179-CR-206 (A)-2015-UD-30, dated 12th September 2016 and came into force with effect from 6th November 2016 for the public interest ;
And whereas, the Municipal Council, Washim has decided some modification in the sanctioned 2nd revised Development Plan Washim as follows.--
(1) In the said Development Plan. S.No. 351 (part) area fo 800.00 sq. m. is included as Res. No. 26 for Parking.
Municipal Council, Washim vide its Resolution No. 373, dated 19-08-2020 has decided to make Modification in Development Plan and proposed that the above said land of 800.00 sq m. shall be deleted from Res. No. 26 for Parking and to be used for Equestrian Statue of Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
(2) In the said Development Plan, S.No. 342 (part), Sheet No. 63, C.T.S No. 652 area of 0.20 Hectare is included as Res. No. 141 for Town Hall. Municipal Council, Washim vide its Resolution No. 399, dated 18-02-2021 has decided to make Modification in Development Plan and proposed that the above said land of 0.20 Hectare shall be deleted from Res. No. 141 for Town Hall and to be used for Combined Statue of Shree Mahatma Jotiba Fule & Mata Savitribai Fule.
(3) In the said Development Plan, S.No. 535(part), 536 (part) area of 0.28 Hectare is included as Res. No. 99 for Slaughter House. Municipal Council, Washim vide its Resolution No. 285 (B), dated 17-06-2019 has decided to make Modification in Development Plan and proposed that the above said land of 0.28 Hectare shall be deleted from Res. No. 99 for Slaughter House and to be included in Marriage Hall.
And whereas, the Plan of the proposed Modification has been kept in the office of the Municipal Council, Washim for inspection of the public during office hours.
Now, therefore, any person having objection or suggestion regarding proposed modification may communicate in writing to the Municipal Council, Washim within one month from the date of publication of this notification in Offical Gazatte . It shall be considered by the Municipal Council, Washim before submitting the proposal of modification to Government for sanction.

PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF NAGAR PANCHAYAT MALEGAON UNDER SECTION 26(1) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT. 1966.

Whereas, the Nagar Panchayat Malegaon, (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority, ") vide resolution No. 1(A) dated 4th July 2017, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Nagar Panchayat Malegaon (hereinafter referred to as the " said Draft Development Plan ") for the area under its jurisdiction,४ द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, ह्य २९- द्ध ५, २०२१/म् ९-१५, ॅ १९४३ (hereinafter referred to as the said " area ") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act ") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part-1A on 13 to 19th July 2017 ;
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 689 dt. 7th Novermber 2017 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning Washim, Branch Washim as " Town Planning Officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Washim, Branch Washim after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 15th April 2021 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 1, dated 22nd April 2021 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public ;
Therefore, Nagar Panchayat Malegaon hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
(1) The Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat Malegaon.
(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning Washim, Branch Washim.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief officer, Nagar Panchayat Malegaon, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice is Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Nagar Panchayat Malegaon.
