(cid:२७०)मांक उचौस-२०२१/(cid:२९०).(cid:२७०). ५७/का-२१.— (cid:१८२)याअथ(cid:५३१), (cid:४७५)ी. परम बीर (cid:५२३)सह यांनी (cid:१९०)यां(cid:१८०)या दिनांक २० माच(cid:१७१) २०२१ रोजी(cid:१८०)या प(cid:२८५)ात त(cid:१९०)कालीन मा. मं(cid:२८५)ी, गृह यां(cid:१८०)यावर के ले(cid:२०२)या आरोपांची चौकशी कर(cid:१८९)याकरिता उ(cid:१८०)च (cid:१९४)यायालयातील निवृ(cid:४५२) (cid:१९४)यायमुत(cid:५३१) मा. (cid:४७५)ी. कै लास उ(cid:४५२)मचंद चांदीवाल यांची दिनांक ३० माच(cid:१७१) २०२१ रोजी(cid:१८०)या शासन निण(cid:१७१)या(cid:१९४)वये एक सद(cid:२०६)यीय उ(cid:१८०)च (cid:२०६)तरीय चौकशी समिती नियु(cid:१७५)त कर(cid:१८९)यात आली आहे :—
आणि (cid:१८२)याअथ(cid:५३१), सदर समितीस चौकशीचे कामी दिवाणी (cid:१९४)यायालयाचे अधिकार व अनुषंगिक अधिकार दे(cid:१८९)याची बाब शासना(cid:१८०)या विचाराधीन होती.
आणि (cid:१९०)याअथ(cid:५३१), महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) शासन उ(cid:१८०)च (cid:१९४)यायालयातील निवृ(cid:४५२) (cid:१९४)यायमुत(cid:५३१) (cid:४७५)ी. कै लास उ(cid:४५२)मचंद चांदीवाल यांची एक सद(cid:२०६)यीय उ(cid:१८०)च (cid:२०६)तरीय चौकशी समितीतफ(cid:५१५) कर(cid:१८९)यात येणा(cid:२०१)या चौकशीचे (cid:२०६)व(cid:४७२)प आणि साव(cid:१७१)जनिक मह(cid:१९०)वाची नि(cid:५२६)(cid:२०४)चत बाब अस(cid:२०२)याबाबत(cid:१८०)या (cid:२९०)करणाची परि(cid:५२६)(cid:२०६)थती ल(cid:१६९)ात घेता, सदर समितीस चौकशी आयोग अधिनियम, १९५२ (१९५२ चा ६०) मधील कलम ४, ५, ५अ, ८ व ९ लागू करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
COMMISSIONS OF INQUIRY ACT, 1952.
No. HLE-2021/C.R. 57/Desk-21 .—Whereas the Government of Maharashtra has appointed vide Government Resolution dated 30th March 2021, Hon'ble Justice Shri Kailash Uttamchand Chandiwal (Retd.), One-Member High Level Inquiry Committee, to conduct Judicial inquiry of the allegations made by Shri Param Bir Singh in his letter dated 20th March 2021 against the then Hon'ble Home Minister.
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of under consideration for inquiry to delegate the powers of civil court and others to the said committee.
And, therefore, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that having regard to the nature of the inquiry to be made by the said committee and other circumstances of the case the matter being a definite matter of public importance, the provisions of sections 4, 5, 5 A, 8 and 9 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), shall be made applicable to the said committee.
