Proposed Modification Under Section 37(1) of The Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning Act, 1966
In The Development Plan Of Yavatmal (Revised).
No. YMC-T.P.-275-2021.—
The Development Plan of Yavatmal (Revised) has been partly sanctioned by the Government in Urban Devel- opment Department vide Resolution No. TPS-2795-1600-CR-252-95-UD-13, dated 8-7-1998 and came into force w.e.f. dt. 4-9-1998.
As per the provisions of Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966. The Municipal Council Yavatmal vide its General Body Resolution No. 2, dated 8-2-2021 has resolved to make following modification in the sanctioned Development Plan (Revised) of Yavatmal.
The Land of Survey No. 55/1 of Pimpalgaon admeasuring 0.87 H. A. Which is reserved in both site No. 21 Primary School and Play Ground and in site No. 27 Library, Cultural Centre and Town Hall shall be deleted and included in Residential Zone.
The part plan of sanctioned Development Plan showing the above modification is kept open for inspection by the public in the Office of the Municipal Council Yavatmal any working day.
The suggestions and objections on the above proposed modification from any person shall be received by Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Yavatmal within one month from the date of publication of the notice in the " Maharashtra Government Gazette" will be considerd before submitting in to Governement for sanction.
