NOTIFICATION

THE FAMILY COURTS ACT, 1984 (66 OF 1984).

No.FMC-1116/C.R. 222/D-IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the territorial jurisdiction of Family Courts at Beed. Bhandara, Buldana, Jalna Latur, Osmanabad and Satara, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, hereby specifies the local limits of the following area namely :—

(a) The area within the local limits of the entire Taluka of Beed, Bhandara, Buldana, Jalna, Latur, Osmanabad and Satara cities, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction and powers conferred by the said Act are as follows :—
