Modification under section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to
sanctioned development plan of Amravati (revised).

The development plan of Amravati (R) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Develop- ment by Notification No TPS-2892-1180-CR-90-92(B)-UD-13, Date 4TH December 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body resolution intends to make the follwing modification U/s 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and town Planning Act 1966 to Sanctioned Development plan of Amravati (Revised).

The suggestion and objection from any person which may be received in writing by the Municipal Corporation Amravati within the period of one month (30 days) from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette shall be considered by this corporation before submitting it to Government for sanction.
