NOTIFICATION
THE NANDED SIKH GURUDWARA SACHKHAND SHRI HAZUR APACHALNAGAR SAHIB ACT , 1956 .
No. GUR - 2020/C.R.116/J- 7 (A) .- Whereas , the Government of Maharashtra has , vide Government Notification , Revenue and Forests Department , No.GUR- 2018 /C.R.67 / J - 7 ( A) , dated the 8th March , 2019 (hereinafter referred to as " the said notification " ) , issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (4) and (5) of section 6 and sub- section (1) of section 11 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act , 1956 ( Hyd. Act No. XXXVII of 1956 ) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) , duly constituted " the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Board " consisting of the nine members Specified therein and also nominated President of the said Board ;
And whereas , a vacancy has occurred in the said Board due to death of one of the member Sardar Gurdeep Singh Avtar Singh Bhatia .

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the said act , the Govrnment of Maharashtra hereby nominates Sardar Harpal Singh Gurdeep Singh Bhatia , as a member on the said Board and for the purpose , amends the said notification , as follows , namely : - In the said notification , in the Schedule, for entry 5 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
Nominated under section 6 ( 1) ( iv) " .
