Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 497 that a Final General Meeting of Members/ Contributories of Oasis Pre Print Services Private Limited ( Under Liquidation) will be held at 107 , B Wing , Everest Chambers , Marol Naka , Andheri Kurla Road , Andheri ( E ) , Mumbai 400 059 on Friday , July 9 , 2021 at 11:30 A.M for the purpose of having the accounts laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator and also determining by a special resolution of the Company the manner in which the books , accounts and documents of the Company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.

NOTICE CONVENING GENERAL MEETING OF CONTRIBUTORIES NOTICE pursuant to Section 497 of the Companies Act , 1956 is hereby given that a meeting of the Contributories of Oasis Pre Print Services Private Limited will be held on Friday , July 9 , 2021 at 11.30 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company at 107 , B Wing , Everest Chambers , Marol Naka , Andheri Kurla Road , Andheri ( E ) , Mumbai 400 059 , to transact the following business :-

1. To consider the Liquidator's Accounts showing his acts and dealings and the manner in which the winding up had been conducted , along with the Report of Auditors' thereon , for the year commencing from 27th October 2019 to 9th March 2021 .

2. To consider and take on record the Liquidator's final statement of account in Form No. 156 for the period 27th October 2014 to 9th March 2021 of Oasis Pre Print Services Private Limited under liquidation , as per Rule No. 329 of the Companies ( Court Rules ) , 1959 pursuant to provisions of section 497 of the Companies Act , 1956 acts and dealings and the manner in which the winding up process conducted , thereon and to pass the following resolution with or without modification as a Special Resolution:

" RESOLVED THAT the Liquidator's final statement of account in form No. 156 as per Rule No. 329 of the Companies ( Court Rules ) , 1959 pursuant to provisions of section 497 of the Companies Act , 1956 be and is hereby received and approved . "

3. To authorize the Liquidator of the Company to dispose of the books and papers of the Company and to pass the following resolution with or without modification as a Special Resolution :

"RESOLVED THAT , pursuant to section 550 of the Companies Act , 1956 and coming into force sections of Companies Act , 2013 and/or any statutory modification ( s ) or re - enactment thereof and other applicable provisions for the time being force , if any, Mr. Himanshu S. Kamdar , the Liquidator of the Company be and is hereby authorised to dispose of the books and papers of the Company and that of the Liquidator of in the following manner :-

( a) Deliver the books and the papers of the Company and that of the liquidator to the official liquidator on his own or at the request of the official liquidator for the scrutiny and report under section 497 of the Companies Act , 1956 and other coming into force sections of the Companies Act , 2013 and/or any statutory modification ( s ) or re - enactment thereof and other applicable provisions for the time being force ; and

(b) Collect the books and papers from the official Liquidator soon after the scrutiny of such books and papers by the official liquidator and to preserve them in a safe custody for a period of 5 ( five ) years from the date of dissolution ; and

(c) Destroy those books and papers , after the expiry of the said period of 5 ( Five ) years in the presence of any one or more representative of the company's contributories ; and (d) And to do all such , acts , deeds , matters and things which may deem necessary in this behalf."

Notes :

1. The Explanatory Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act , 2013 , relating to the agenda as per the notice of the meeting , is annexed hereto .

2. A registered Shareholder of the Company entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote instead of himself and such proxy need not be a member of the Company . Members attending the meeting are requested to bring duly filled attendance slips .

3. As per Section 105 of the Companies Act , 2013 and Rules made there under , a person can act as proxy on behalf of upto fifty members or such number of members holding in aggregate not more than 10 ( ten ) percent of the total share capital of the Company carrying voting rights . Further , a member holding more than 10 ( ten) percent of the total share capital of the Company carrying voting rights may appoint a single person as proxy and such person shall not act as proxy for any other member .

4. The instrument appointing the proxy , duly completed must be deposited at the registered office of the Company at least 48 hours before the Commencement of the meeting . A blank proxy form is attached .

5. During the period beginning 24 hours before the time fixed for the commencement of the meeting and ending with the conclusion of the meeting , a member would be entitled to inspect the proxies lodged at any time during the business hours of the Company , provided that not less than three days of notice in writing is given to the Liquidator .

6. Members /Proxies /Authorized Representatives should bring duly filled Attendance Slip sent herewith to attend the meeting .

7. Relevant documents referred to in the accompanying Notice and the Statements are open for inspection by the members at the Registered Office of the Company on all working days , during business hours up to the date of the General Meeting .

8. The route map for the meeting is annexed along with the notice for your reference .

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 102 OF THE COMPANIES ACT , 2013

Item Nos . 1 to 3 :

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27 , 2014 , made a declaration of solvency and approved the proposal for winding up of the operations of the Company under the members ' voluntary winding up subject to approval of the members . The members of the Company vide resolution passed at their meeting held on October 27 , 2014 , approved members ' voluntary winding up in accordance with provisions of Sections 484 ( 1 ) ( b ) of the Companies Act , 1956 as may be applicable and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act , 1956 .

In accordance with the provisions of Section 490 of the Companies Act , 1956 , Mr. Himanshu S. Kamdar , a Practicing Company Secretary was appointed as the Liquidator for the winding up process .

It may be noted that the Company has received Income Tax clearance and No Objection letter from the Income Tax Department for distribution of assets / funds to the shareholders . The Company had subsequently distributed the surplus funds , available after deduction of all required voluntary winding up expenses amongst the shareholders of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members , in proportion to their respective shareholding in the Company.

The Liquidation process has now accordingly been completed and the same being audited by the Chartered Accountants , namely M/ s . Jhawar Mantri & Associates , Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 113221W) . The final statement will be laid before contributories/ members in Form No. 156 , statement showing how the winding - up process has been conducted , and the period of liquidation process is from 27th October 2014 ( commencement of winding - up) to 9th March 2021 (close of winding -up) .

The purpose of having an account laid before contributories/members is to show the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed off and of hearing any explanation , if any that may be given by the liquidator; and also of determining the manner in which the books , accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be collected after the scrutiny of such books and papers by the official liquidator , then preserved them for 5 years from the date of dissolution and thereafter disposed of the same .

ज्याअर्थी , मिरा भाईंदर शहराची विकास योजना महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १ ९ ६६ चे कलम ३७ ( १ ) नुसार (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम" असे संबोधण्यात येत आहे) शासन अधिसूचना क्र . टीपीएस-१२ ९ ६/ ८४७ / सीआर -१६२ / ९ ६ / युडी -१२ , दिनांक १४ मे ९ ७ अन्वये मंजूर करण्यात आलेली असून ती अनुक्रमे दिनांक १५ जुलै ९ ७ पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे.

आणि ज्याअर्थी, वगळलेल्या भागाची , विकास योजना " उक्त अधिनियमाचे" कलम ३७ ( १ ) नुसार शासन अधिसूचना क्र . टीपीएस -१२९ ८ / नपा/सीआर -८ ९ / ९ ८ / युडी-१२ , दिनांक २५ ऑगस्ट २००० अन्वये मंजुर झाली असून दिनांक १५ ऑक्टोबर २००० पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे.

आणि ज्याअर्थी , मिरा भाईंदर महानगरपालिकेने सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्र. १२ , प्रकरण क्र. २४ , दिनांक ११ नोव्हेंबर २०२० अन्वये ठराव पारित झाला असून त्यामध्ये मा . महापौर यांचे अध्यक्षतेखाली सर्व पक्षीय गटनेते , अधिकारी यांची समिती गठीत करून समितीने अंतिम निर्णय घेऊन प्रशासनाने कलम ३७ (१ ) नुसार पुढील कार्यवाही करणेस मान्यता दिलेली आहे . त्या अनुषंगाने मा. महापौर यांनी सर्वपक्षीय गटनेते व अधिकारी यांचे समवेत बैठक घेवून नगररचना विभागाने सुचविल्यानुसार विषयांकित जागेवर दफनभूमीचे आरक्षण नव्याने दर्शविण्यासाठी तातडीने प्रस्ताव राज्यशासनाकडे मान्यतेकरीता सादर करणेस दिनांक १२ मे २०२१ रोजी निर्देश दिलेले आहेत. त्यानुसार उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७ ( १ ) नुसार मंजूर विकास योजनेमध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे फेरबदल करण्याचे ठरविले आहे . यापुढे " उक्त फेरबदल" असे संबोधण्यात येत आहे .

"मिरा भाईंदर महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रामधील मौजे काशी येथील "स.क्र. ७०पै. , ७५पै. , ७६ पै. , ७७पै. , ७८पै. , ७ ९पै. , ८२ पै . , १०३ पै. " या ३ हेक्टर क्षेत्राच्या जमिनी 'दफनभूमी' वापरासाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम १ ९ ६६ चे कलम ३७ ( १ ) नुसार फेरबदल करणे प्रस्तावित आहे. "

आणि त्याअर्थी, उपरोक्त नमूद " उक्त फेरबदलाबाबत" ज्या नागरिकांना हरकती / सूचना द्यावयाच्या असल्यास त्यांनी हरकती / सूचना लेखी स्वरुपात सदरची अधिसूचना शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या मुदतीपर्यंत सादर कराव्यात , म्हणजे सदर फेरबदलाच्या प्रस्तावास अंतिम स्वरुप देण्यापुर्वी उक्त हरकती / सूचनांचा विचार करता येऊ शकेल.

प्रस्तावित फेरबदल दर्शविणारा नकाशा जनतेच्या अवलोकनासाठी व माहितीसाठी महानगरपालिका मुख्य कार्यालयात व नगररचना विभागामध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत ठेवण्यात आला आहे .

NOTIFICATION

[Under Section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 ] .

Whereas , the Development Plan of Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation has been sanctioned by the Goverment under section 37 ( 1 ) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 (hereinafter referred to as " The Said Act " ) vide Notification No. TPS 1296/9847/CR- 162 /96/UD - 12 , Dated 14th May 1997 and came into force from the Dated 15th July 1997 .

And whereas , excluded portion has been sanctioned u/ s . 37 ( 1 ) of " Said Act " by the Govt . vide Notification No. TPS/ 1298/94/CR - 89 /98 /UD - 12 , Deted 25 August 2000 and came into force from Dated 15th October 2000 .

And whereas , Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation has decided vide General Body Resolution No. 12 , Chapter No. 24 , date 11th November 2020 has been passed in which a committee of all party group leaders and officials has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Mayor and the committee has taken a final decision and the administration has approved to take further action as per section 37( 1) . In that connection , after a meeting with all party group leaders and officials , the mayor has instructed to immediately submit the proposal to the state government for approval to show the new reservation of Burial Ground on the subject place as suggested by the Town Planning Department on dated 12th May 2021. modify sanctioned Development Plan u/ s . 37 ( 1 ) of " The Said Act " as described below . Herein referred as " The Said Modification " .

It is proposed to amend this 3 hectare area of " Land bearing ' S.No. 70pt . , 75pt . , 76pt . , 77pt . , 78pt . , 79pt . , 82pt . , 103pt . ' at Village Kashi in Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation area as per section 37 ( 1 ) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 for ' Burial Ground' purpose . " And therefore , those who wants to submit their suggestion / objection about the " said modification " , may submit in writing there suggession / objection within one month from publications of this Notification in Government Gazette , to the Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation which may be considered before finalizing the proposal .

The plan of proposed modification is kept open for Inspection for public in the Head Office and Town Planning Department of Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation during Office hours .

SLUM REHABILITATION AUTHORITY

NOTIFICATION

No. SRA/ Dy.Coll/ 3C/ 2021 / DYWL/OW/ 2021 / 1990 .- Whereas , the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under the provision of section 3B ( 3) of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement , Clearance and Redevelopment) Act , 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;

Whereas , in view of the provision of section 3C ( 1 ) of the Maharashtra Slum Area ( Improvement , Clearance and Redevelopment) Act , 1971 , the Chief Executive Officer , Slum Rehabilitation Authority is empowered to declare any area as " Slum Rehabilitation Area " ;

Therefore , in view of the said provision of section 3C ( 1 ) of the Maharashtra Slum Area ( Improvement , Clearance and Redevelopment) Act , 1971. I , undersigned is hereby declare the area shown in schedule as " Slum Rehabilitation Area " . Now the said area is open to submit scheme of slum Rehabilitation , as per regulation 33 (10) of Development Control Regulations , 1991 of Greater Mumbai .

AE/ S/Z - III / 160 dt.08/ 08 /1974 अन्वये मंजूर केली होती . सदर प्रचलित मंजूर , रस्ता रेषेने बाधित असलेला ' टी' विभागातील संत ज्ञानेश्वर या रस्त्याची रूंदी ९ .१५ मी . इतकी करण्याचे विकास नियंत्रण व प्रोत्साहन नियमावली २०३४ च्या कलम १ ९ (टिपणी -१ ) अन्वये प्रस्तावित करण्यात येत आहे .

महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांनी ९.१५ मी. प्रस्तावित रस्ता रेषा यापूर्वी क्र. एमसीपी / ३८१५ दिनांक १ ९ मार्च २०१ ९ अन्वये तत्वतः मंजूर केली होती . सदर ९ .१५ मी . रस्ता रेषा नकाशावर A-B- C प्रमाणे हिरव्या रंगाने दर्शविली आहे. तद्नंतर सदर प्रस्तावित रस्तारेषेकरिता ३० दिवसांच्या कालावधीसाठी सूचना / हरकती मागविण्यात आल्या होत्या परंतु कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या सूचना/ हरकत प्राप्त झाली नसल्याने स्थापत्य समिती उपनगरे/ महानगरपालिका यांच्या मंजुरीकरिता सादर करण्यात आली होती . परंतु नगर भूमापन क्रमांक ८४८ वरील शिल्पाली सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था यांनी विनंती केल्यानुसार त्यांच्या भूखंडाला पोहोच रस्ता देण्याकरिता सदर प्रस्तावित रेषेच्या संरचनेत बदल करून मा . महापालिका आयुक्त यांची तत्वतः मंजुरी दिनांक २३ मार्च २०२१ रोजी प्राप्त झाली आहे . तसेच प्रचलित ६.१० मी . मंजूर रेषा लाल रंगात दर्शविली आहे आणि सुधारित प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मी. रस्ता रेषा पिवळ्या रंगात दर्शविलेली असून , सदर नकाशा सहाय्यक आयुक्त 'टी' विभाग कार्यालय मुलुंड (प) आणि सहाय्यक अभियंता (सर्वेक्षण) पू.उ. , उप-प्रमुख अभियंता (इ.प्र. ) पूर्व उपनगरे यांचे कार्यालय, राज लेगेसी इमारतीच्या बाजूला , लाल बहादूर शास्त्री मार्ग , विक्रोळी (पश्चिम) ,मुंबई ४०० ०८३ , तसेच सहाय्यक आयुक्त 'टी' विभाग यांच्या कार्यालयामध्ये उपलब्ध आहे.

MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF GREATER MUMBAI

PUBLIC NOTICE

No. Dy . Ch . E./8372/A.E . ( SUR)/E.S ..- Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 297 ( 1 ) ( b ) of MMC Act , 1888 ( as amended up to date) that , the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held after 30 days from display of this Public Notices or such day thereafter , as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to accept proposed 9.15mtr wide Regular Line of the road known as Sant Dnyneshwar Marg affecting the plot bearing CTS No. 848 , 851, 852 , 871 , 872 , 876 to 880 , 882 to 884 & 886 of Village Mulund ( E. ) in 'T' Ward .

Sant Dnyneshwar Marg is having 6.10mtr wide Regular Line which was approved by Municipal Commissioner under section 297 ( 1 ) ( a ) of MMC Act 1888 u/ no . AE/ S/ Z - III/ 160 dated 8th August 1974 and same is proposed to be widened to 9.15mtr as per Regulation No. 19( Note- 1 ) of DCPR 2034 .

The Regular Line alignment of 9.15mtr wide is as shown on plan , which was in principal approved by Municipal Commissioner u/no . MCP/ 3815/ dated 19th March 2019 shown in green color marked A- B - C on drawing . Suggestions / Objections for the same were invited for the period of 30 days . However , no suggestions / objections were received and proposal was submitted to Works Committee / Corporation for approval . Subsequently Shilpali Co.-op. Hsg . Soc . on plot bearing CTS No. 848 requested to realign the proposed 9.15mtr RL of Sant Dyneshwar Marg , so that , their plot can be accessed from the said proposed RL . Accordingly the 9.15mtr wide Regular Line alignment is suitably modified and is in - principal approved by Municipal Commissioner u / no . MCP / 8087/ dated 23rd March 2021. The prevailing alignment of sanctioned R.L. of 6.10mtr is shown in Red Colour and modified proposed alignment of 9.15mtr wide R.L. to be prescribed is shown in Yellow Colour on plan displayed at office of Assistant Commissioner " T " Ward , Mulund (E) and same is available for inspection in the office of Assistant Engineer ( Survey ) E.S. whose office is situated at Dy . Ch . Eng . ( B. P. ) E. S. near Raj Legacy residential complex , LBS Marg , Vikhroli (west ) , Mumbai 400 083 .

Any person desirous of making any representation to the Corporation or bringing before the Corporation any suggestion / objection in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to Assistant Commissioner ' T' Ward and or Assistant Engineer ( Survey ) E. S. ( Add: Dy . Ch . E. (BP ) ES's office , Paper Mill Compound , Near Raj Legacy , L.B.S. Marg , Vikhroli ( W) -400083 ) deliver at the said office within 30 days from the publication of this notice (including holidays and weekly off) .
