Read. High Court Notification No. PL( APP ) / PRO / G - A /ABD / 2020 / 2160 , dated 28th October 2020 regarding appointment of Shri Anant Manoharrao Joshi , " Private Secretary to the Honourable Judge" , on the post of " Senior Private Secretary to the Honourable Judge " , High Court of Judicature atBombay , Aurangabad Bench at Aurangabad , purely on temporary basis for a period of six months.
No. PL ( APP ) /PRO/G-A/ABD/2021/2165-2501.-The services of Shri Anant Manoharrao Joshi , presently working on the post of " Senior Private Secretary to the Honourable Judge " on the establishment ofHigh Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad , Aurangabad , as per above Notification , are continued on the said post purely on temporary basis from 2nd May 2021 to 30th June 2021 , on the following conditions : -
1. He shall be liable to be reverted to his original post of Private Secretary without any notice or without assigning any reasons therefore .
2. His temporary appointment as Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge , shall not give him any right for appointment to the post of Senior Private Secretary in future without selection for the post of Senior Private Secretary in accordance with the provisions of Rule 9 (A) and a preferential claim to future appointment and seniority etc. in the cadre of Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge.
3. His appointment is made subject to any litigation representation that might be filed.

Losarwar , Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge , High Court Bench at Aurangabad as Registrar / Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice , purely on temporary basis for a period of six months .
No. PL ( APP ) /Steno/2021/2166-2470.-The services of Shri Ajay Kishanrao Losarwar , presently working as Registrar/ Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice on the establishment of High CourtAppellate Side , Bombay , as per above Notification , are continued on the said post , purely on temporary basis, from 2nd May 2021 to 30th June 2021 , on the following conditions : -
1. Continuance on such post shall depend on his performance .
2. He is liable to be reverted to his original post at his parent department, at any time , during the said period without giving any notice or assigning any reasons .
3. His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation / representation whether pending , if any , or that may be filed in which any appointment , seniority etc. , in respect of the post of Registrar/ Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice are / would be challenged .
