NOTIFICATION
THE FAMILY COURTS ACT, 1984 (66 OF 1984).
No. FMC. 1116/C.R. 222/D-IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Family Court at Raigad-Alibag, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, with effect from the 4th day of May, 2021, hereby establishes a Family Court at Raigad-Alibag and specifies the local limits of the following area namely :—
(a) The area within the local limits of the Municipal Council of Alibag, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction and powers conferred by the said Act.
