The Caveator abovenamed do hereby request a Caveat be lodged / entered into the " Caveat Payment Book " against the payment out of Court of the proceeds of sale of the vessel now lying deposited with the Admiralty Registrar of this Hon'ble Court .
The Caveator has a claim of a sum Rs . proceeds of the vessel /- ( in words ) against the sale and a statutory right in rem in respect of the said sum . The Caveator herein prays that no disbursement of sale proceeds be made without hearing them.
The Caveator consents that all instruments , notices and other documents in the above matter may be left for them with their Advocate at the following address :-
The Caveator undertakes to give notice of filing of this Caveat to Plaintiff and / or their Attorneys by hand delivery / Speed Post .
