Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan (Revised) of Umred Municipal Council as per
Section 38 read with Section 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
No. MCU-VYO-92-2021.—
The Development Plan of Umred has already been partly sanctioned by Urban Development Department Govern- ment of Maharashtra vide it's Notification No. TPS-2498-287-CR-25-98-UD-9, dated 8th July 2003 with effect from 25th August 2003 and vide resolution No. TPS-2498-287-CR-25-98-UD-9, dated 9th July 2005. Excluded part developement plan which came in force with effect from 5th September 2005. It is necessary to prepare Development plan (Revise) for the area of Municipal Council as per Section 38 read with section 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned development of the said area.
Hence, the Umred Municipal Council by its resolution No. 28, dated 10-06-2021 has given consent to declare intention to prepare Development Plan (Revise) as per provision of Section 38 read with section 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.
The plan showing boundry of the area included in Development Plan of the Umred Municipal Council is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council, as required under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Any suggestion/objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Umred Municipal Council within a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Govern- ment Gazette. The suggestions/objections shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.

Minor modification u/s 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
in Wardha Development Plan
No. 1981-MCW-TPW-2021.—
Development Plan of Wardha Town has been sanctioned by Government vide Notification No. TPS-2601-1380-CR 60(D)-2002-UD-9, dated 9th January 2004 and came into force w.e.f. 25th February 2004.
As per the said sanctioned Development Plan of Wardha Town, land bearing Block No. 8, Plot No. 18/1, area 18207 Sq. M. & Block No. 28, Survey No. 7/1, Area 9016 Sq. M. of Mouza Station Fail, an area admeasuring 1.2 Hectare is reserved as Site No. 58(B) "Gardern".
Planning Authority Municipal Council, Wardha intends to build a Community Hall for Minority Community over the said reserved land. Wardha Municipal Council vide its Resolution No. 28, dated 26th September 2020 passed the Resolution to make minor modification u/s 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to delete the said reservation and land so released to be shown in public and Semi-public use for the construction of Community Hall for Minority Community.
The document showing proposed modificaion is kept open for public for inspection on the Notice Board of Wardha Municipal Council on working days in working hours. Any person having suggestion/objection regarding the proposed modification may communicate to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Wardha within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Government Gazette.
Suggestions and objections will be considered by the Wardha Municipal Council before submission to Government.
