No. PL(APP)/Steno/2021/2699-2855.—Shri Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla, Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay and candidate at Sr. No. 1 on the Select List of Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, is hereby promoted and appointed to officiate as "Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge", on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, purely on temporary basis, with effect from 8th June 2021 or from the date he assumes charge of the said post, in the Pay Matrix S-25 : 78800-209200, in the vacant post of Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, subject to the result of litigation/representation whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the posts of Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge are/would be challenged.

S/Shri Laxmikant Gopal Chandan and Vasant Anandrao Idhol, Private Secretaries to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay and candidates at Sr. Nos. 2 and 3 on the Select List of Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, are hereby promoted and appointed to offciate as "Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge", on the establishment of the High Court, Original Side, Bombay, purely on temporary basis, with effect from 8th June 2021 or from the date they assume charge of the said post, in भाग चार-क-----१
