(cid:२७०)मांक एम(cid:२०३)हीआर-१११७/(cid:२९०).(cid:२७०). ५०४/परि-२.— मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) या(cid:१८०)या कलम ६५ (cid:१८०)या पोट-कलम (२) खंड (एच) (cid:४६२)ारे (cid:२९०)दान कर(cid:१८९)यात आले(cid:२०२)या अधिकारांचा आणि (cid:१९०)या बाबतीत (cid:१९०)यास समथ(cid:१७१) करणा(cid:२०१)या इतर सव(cid:१७१) अधिकारांचा वापर क(cid:४७२)न, महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ यात आणखी सुधारणा कर(cid:१८९)यासाठी महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) शासनाने (cid:२९०)(cid:२०६)तावित के ले(cid:२०२)या पुढील नियमांचा मसुदा उ(cid:१७५)त अधिनियमा(cid:१८०)या कलम २१२ (cid:१८०)या पोट-कलम (१) (cid:४६२)ारे आव(cid:२०४)यक अस(cid:२०२)या(cid:२९०)माणे, यामुळे बाधा पोहच(cid:१८९)याची श(cid:१७५)यता असले(cid:२०२)या सव(cid:१७१) (cid:२०३)य(cid:१७५)त(cid:५३०)(cid:१८०)या माहितीसाठी, या(cid:४६२)ारे (cid:२९०)सि(cid:४५७) कर(cid:१८९)यात येत आहे आणि या(cid:४६२)ारे अशी सूचना दे(cid:१८९)यात येत आहे की, (cid:२९०)(cid:२०६)तावित (cid:२९०)ा(cid:४७२)प नियम महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) शासन दिनांक १८ ऑग(cid:२०६)ट २०२१ वा (cid:१९०)यानंतर विचारात घे(cid:१८९)यात येईल.
२. उपरो(cid:१७५)त तारखेपूव(cid:५३१) उ(cid:१७५)त मसु(cid:४६३)ा(cid:१८०)या संबंधात कोण(cid:१९०)याही (cid:२०३)य(cid:१७५)तीकडून (cid:१८२)या कोण(cid:१९०)याही हरकती (cid:५२३)कवा सूचना, परिवहन आयु(cid:१७५)त, महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) रा(cid:१८२)य, ५ वा मजला, एमटीएनएल फाऊं टन बि(cid:५२७)(cid:२०२)डग (cid:२७०). २, महा(cid:१९०)मा गांधी रोड, हु ता(cid:१९०)मा चौक, मु ंबई ४०० ००१ यां(cid:१८०)याकडे (cid:२९०)ा(cid:१९५)त होतील (cid:१९०)यावर शासन विचार करील.
(cid:२९०)ा(cid:४७२)प नियम
१. या नियमास, महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) मोटार वाहन (तिसरी सुधारणा) नियम, २०२१ असे (cid:१९९)हणावे.
२. महारा(cid:२०५)(cid:२८०) मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ यां(cid:१८०)या नियम ५० मधील उपनियम (२) ऐवजी खालील उपनियम दाखल कर(cid:१८९)यात येईल :–
भाग चार-अ-१२८---१
(१)२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, जुलै २७, २०२१/श्रावण ५, शके १९४३ "(२) खालील वाहनां(cid:१८०)या मालकांना अधिनियमा(cid:१८०)या (cid:२९०)करण चार मधील देय न(cid:५३५)दणी शु(cid:२०२)क भर(cid:१८९)यापासून सूट दे(cid:१८९)यात येईल :–
(i) फ(cid:१७५)त शेतीविषयक कामा(cid:१८०)या वापरासाठी हेतू असणारे (cid:२८०)ॅ(cid:१७५)टर ;
(ii) मोटस(cid:१७१), (cid:४७१)(cid:१७७)णवाहिका आणि शववाहिणी आणि इतर डिझाइन के लेली मोटार वाहने जी विनामू(cid:२०२)य वै(cid:४६३)कीय आणि इतर मदतीसाठी विशेषतः वापरली जाणार आहेत ; आणि
(iii) क(cid:५१४) (cid:२८७)ीय मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ (cid:१८०)या नियम २ (cid:१८०)या कलम (यू) अंतग(cid:१७१)त परिभाषित के लेली बॅटरीवर चालणारी वाहने."

NOTIFICATION
MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988.
No. MVR. 1117/C.R. 504/TR-2.— The following draft of the rules, further to amend the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 65 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 18th August 2021.
2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State, 5th Floor, MTNL Fountain Bldg. No. 2, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Hutatma Chowk, Mumbai 400 001 from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the aforesaid period will be taken into consideration by the Government.
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles (Third Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. In rule 50 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:–
" (2) Owners of,
(i) tractors intended to be used solely for agricultural purposes ;
(ii) motors, ambulance and hearse and other motor vehicles designed and intended to be used exclusively for afforoding free medical and other relief ; and (iii) battery operated vehicles defined under clause (u) of rule 2 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989,
shall be exempted from payment of registration fee payble under Chapter IV of the Act.".
