BOMBAY INDUSTRIAL RELATION ACT, 1946.
No. BIR-72021/CR-66/LAB-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bombay Industrial Relation Act, 1946 (11 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-1201/2021, dated 23rd July 2021 of the Registrar General, High Court Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 2 in place of the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 3 as the Member of Industrial Court, Bhandara shown in Column No. 4 of the Schedule appended hereto.
