Minor Modification to the Development Plan under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
No. MCH-Const.-D- WS-114-2021.—
The Development Plan of Hinghanghat has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Resolution No. TPS 2905-3248-.ॅ.- 929(+ )-5 ह्यम् 9, dated 26-04-2006.
Under the Development Plan of Mauza Shahalangadi of field Survey No. 12, area O H 40 A, Field Survey No. 13, area O H 59 A, and Mauza Nandgaon of Field Survey No. 107, area 1 H. 21 A, Field Survey No. 108, area 1 H. 43 A. The Sant Dnyaneshwar Ward of Mauza Shahalangadi, Shastri Ward of Mauza Nandgaon, are adjacent of the Residential Zone and in the Development, Plan proposed to the place as a undevelopment area.
The Municipal Council, Hinghanghat has received application from above resident citizen proposed to demand and include above area in to the Residential Zone. The above side area in the Development Plan proposed to place as a No Developed Zone, so that, from the above reference and it is impossible to satisfy the demand citizen by making minor Modification under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Due to this, the minor modification are taken place to include above area in to the Residential Zone, under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

The Municipal Council, Hinghanghat has decided and sanctioned to make above changes in their general meeting vide Resolution No. 35 (5) of dated 14-12-2020 necessary plan showing the proposed minor modification is kept in the office of Municipal Council, Hinganghat for public inspection during office hours.
In pursuance of Section 37 and sub-section (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Suggestions/objection from the persons affected their by with respect to the proposed modifica- tion are invited within 30 days from the date of publication this notice in Government Gazette. Which will be considered by the Municipal Council, Hinghangaht before submitting it to Government for sanction.
