Anjali Nitinrao Atre , Section Officers , working on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay , Bench at Aurangabad are hereby promoted and appointed to the posts of "Assistant Registrar " , on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay , Bench at Aurangabad , with effect from the dates they assume charge of the said post , in Pay Matrix S - 23 ( 67700-208700 ) , subject to the result of litigation/ representation , whether pending , if any or that may be filed in which any appointment/ seniority etc. in respect of the post of " Assistant Registrar " would be challenged .
