The Development Plan of Gondia (Second Revised) has been sanctioned by Govt. in Urban Development Depart- ment vide Notification No. TPS-2311-2187-CR-249(B)-2011-UD-9, dated 4th April 2012 and came into force with effect from 15th May 2012.

Now the General Body of Gondia Municipal Council has passed the Resolutions in Meeting dated 4th January 2021 as mentioned below to make modifications to sanctioned Development Plan under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

The plans showing the proposed modifications signed and dated by the President, Municipal Council, Gondia are kept open in the office of the Municipal Council during office hours on all working days for inspection by the public.

Now, in pursuance of Section 37(1) of the said Act, it is hereby notified that any person having any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed modifications may communicate in writing to the Municipal Council within a period of 30 (Thirty) days from date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette.

The objections or suggestions received from the public shall be considered by the Municipal Council, Gondia before submitting the proposal of modifications to the Govt. for sanction.

BY COMMISSIONER, MUNICIPAL CORPORATION

Modification Under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966

No. NMC-TPD-782-2021.—

Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of Nagpur City prepared under the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, Section 31(1) has been partially sanctioned by the Govt. vide Urban Development Department Notification No. No. TPS-2496-2643-CR-300(a)-97-UD-9, Dated 7th January 2000 and came into force from dated 1st March 2000. Excluded part of development plan has been sanctioned vide Govt. Notification No. TPS-2400-1628-CR-200-2000-UD-9, Dated 10th September 2001and came into force from dated 21st September 2001. Also Nagpur Municipal Corporation has been declared as the "Planning Authority" for Nagpur City except the area covered under seven schemes vide Govt. Notification No. TPS-2401-855-CR-76-UD-9, Dated 27th February 2002;

However, as per the Government Notification No. TPS-2419-1419-CR No.154-2019-UD-9, Dated 27th August 2019 under the Nagpur Improvement Trust Jurisdiction the planning of the seven schemes under Nagpur Municipal Corporation has also been declared by the Government but as per the Govt. Notification No. TPS-2419-1419-CR No.154(Bhag-1)-2019-CR-9, Dated 09th April 2021 so the power has been given to implement seven projects under Nagpur Municipal Corporation and Nagpur Improvement Trust.

"In the sanctioned Development Plan of Nagpur City. The land bearing Khasara No. 63 To 69 and 71 at Mouza-Parsodi, Bhamati Parsodi street scheme Nelco Gruhnirman Sahkari Sanstha land for reservation of "Primary School" reservation no. (M.S.W.13) and reservation of "library" reservation no. (M.S.W.12) total admeasuring 1.2465 hect. land use to be deleted and included in "Public and Semipublic" zone and reservation of "parking" reservation No. (S.W.82) area of land 0.4035 hect. (designated use As per sanctioned layout area 0.0672 hect.) remaining land 0.3363 hect. to be deleted and included in residential zone. As per section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation has passed the Resolution No. 11, dt. 20th January 2021 has to make the aforesaid modification. The part plan of Development Plan of Nagpur City showing the aforesaid modification are kept open at the office of the Town Planning Deptt. of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation for inspection by public during office hours on all working days. The suggestions and objections which may be received to Municipal Corporation in respect of the said modification to the Development Plan within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice, will be heard by the Municipal Commissioner before submitting the said modification proposal, to the State Government for sanction.
