No. SPC . 1321/C.R.92/D - IX. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act , 1999 ( Mah . XXX of 1999 ) ( In short 'M.C.O.C. Act , 1999' ) , the Government of Maharashtra , with the concurrence of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature at Bombay , hereby appoints the Judge referred in column ( 1 ) of schedule shown below as the Judge for Special Court shown in column ( 2 ) of the schedule , for trial of cases relating to counterfeit Government Stamps and Stamp Papers under M.C.O.C. Act , 1999 .
