No. SST . 1019/C.R. 95/D-16.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (2 ) of section 5 of the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust ( Shirdi ) Act , 2004 (Mah . Act No. XIV of 2004 ) and in accordance with the provisions in the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi ) (Appointment of Members of Management Committee and Forms of Declaration ) Rules , 2013 , the Government of Maharashtra , hereby constitutes with effect from the date of this notification , " The Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Management Committee " by appointing the following persons as its members for the period of three years ( excluding Ex - officio Member ) : - Sr. No. (1)
