उपरोक्त प्रवतनात असलेल्या ' ई.ई.टी. & सी/प . उप ./ आरएल/ २२४ , दिनांक १७ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ मध्ये हिरव्या रंगाने दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे प्रस्तावित रस्ता रेषा ' प्रमुख अभियंता ( रस्ते व वाहतूक) यांच्या अभियांत्रिकी हब इमारत , तळमजला , डॉ. ई. मोजेस रोड, वरळी , मुंबई ४०० ०१८ येथील कार्यालयात व सहायक आयुक्त 'के/ पश्चिम' विभाग कार्यालय , पालीराम रोड, अंधेरी (प. ) , मुंबई ४०० ०५७ येथील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत निरीक्षणासाठी ठेवण्यात येत आहे .

ज्याकोणास उपरोक्त नियत प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/ हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या महानगरपालिका चिटणीसांकडे महापालिका मुख्यालयात संबंधित सभेच्या दिवसाच्या अगोदर संपूर्ण ३ ( तीन ) दिवसांपूर्वी प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. कृपया त्यानंतर पाठविलेली प्रतिवेदने/ हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत .

" A plan No. E.E.T & C WS /RL No. 224 of 17th February 2021 ( shown as A - B ) , showing the proposed R.L. ( shown in green) to be prescribed is deposited at the office of Deputy Chief Engineer (Traffic ) of Municipal Corporation and can be inspected by any desiring to do so, at any time during office hours at Office of the Ch. Eng . (Roads & Tr ) at Engineering Hub Building , Zero Floor , Near Worli Naka , Dr. E. Moses Road , Mumbai 400 018 and also at the office of Asst . Therefore the Applicants have filed MACP Claim No. 82/2020 and 83/2020 through their Advocate against you Opponent No. 2 in this MAC Tribunal , Bhavnagar . U/ s M. V. Act 166 to get Accidental compensation of Rs . 80,00,000 and Rs . 8,00,000 respectively & U/ S MVA - 140 to get interim compensation of Rs . 50,000 ( in MACP No. 82/2020 ) for this Accident.
