आमि ज्ाअर्थी, उक् अमिमन्माच्ा कलम ९(१)(सी) मिील ्र्ूदीनुसार, पनवेल महानगरपामलकेने मदनांक ९ जुलै २०२१ रोजीच्ा पत्ानव्े श्ी. बबन नामदेव मुकादम, नगरसेवक, पनवेल महानगरपामलका ्ांना उक् बाजार समम्ीचे सदस् महिून नाममनददेमश् केले आहे ;
त्ाअर्थी आ्ा, उक् अमिमन्माच्ा कलम ११ द्ारे प्रदान करण्ा् आलेल्ा अमिकारांचा वापर करून महानगर आ्ुक् ्ाद्ारे श्ी. बबन नामदेव मुकादम, नगरसेवक, पनवेल महानगरपामलका ्ांची, उक् अमिमन्माचे कलम ९ चे पो्ट-कलम (१) (सी) अनव्े उक् बाजार समम्ीवर सध्ाचा का्दिकाल संपुष्टा् ्ेईप्यं् सदस् महिून मन्ुक्ी करी् आहे्.

No. L&EC/MMRI & SMC/Notification/1474/2021
Whereas, the Metropolitan Commissioner had, in exercise his powers conferred under the section 11 of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983 (Maharashtra Act No.XLII of 1983) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") published the Notification No.L and EC/MMRI and SMC/Notification/817/2021 in the Government Gazette on 31st May 2021 and published the names of the members of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Iron and Steel Market Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the said Market Committee") duly elected and nominated.
And Whereas, the Panvel Municipal Corporation vide its letter dated 9th July 2021 has nominated Shri Baban Namdev Mukadam, Councillor as a member of said Market Committee, as provided in section 9(1)(c) of the said Act.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the said Act, the Metropolitan Commissioner, hereby appoints Shri Baban Namdev Mukadam, Councillor as member of said Market Committee under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act till expiry of the period of present Market Committee.
