NOTIFICATION
No. SPP. 2021/U.O.R.63/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. II of 1974) and under section 8(1) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (30 of 1999), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Mahesh Mule as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the case/s in Special MCOCA Court, Mumbai and in the Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai, which is arising out of C.R.No.286/2021 registered at Dadar Railway Police Station, Mumbai.
2. The fees of Adv. Mahesh Mule, as " Special Public Prosecutor" shall be paid by Home Depart- ment as per the fee proposal agreed by Home Department and approved by this department. 3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
4. The Government reserves right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.
