THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NOTIFICATION

Read .- ( 1 ) High Court Notification No. PL ( APP )/ Steno/ 2020/2135 , dated 23.10.2020 regarding appointment of Shri A. K, Losarwar , Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge , High Court Bench at Aurangabad as Registrar / Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice , purely on temporary basis for a period of six months w.e.f. 02.11.2020 .

(2) High Court Notification No. PL ( APP )/Steno/2021/ 2166 , dated 30.04.2021 thereby continued the services of Shri A. K. Losarwar , Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge , High Court Bench at Aurangabad as Registrar Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice , purely on temporary basis for the period from 02.05.2021 to 30.06.2021 .

( 3) High Court Notification No. PL ( APP )/ Steno/ 2021/ 3053 , dated 30.06.2021 thereby continued the services of Shri A. K. Losarwar , Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge , High Court Bench at Aurangabad as Registrar Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, purely on temporary basis for the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.09.2021 or until further orders whichever is earlier .

No. PL ( APP )/Steno/2021/4803-4978.- The services of Shri Ajay Kishanrao Losarwar , presently working as Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice on the establishment of the High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay as per above referred High Court Notifications , are hereby regularised on the said post w.e.f. 01.10.2021 .
