Under Section 9(2) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 taking into consideration population figures of Census of India, 2011 (including the population of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens), the number of elected Councillors in respect of Sindewahi-Lonwahi Nagar Panchayat Area in Chandrapur District is fixed as mentioned in the following Table.
Similarly, the number of seats to be reserved for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens are also fixed as mentioned in the Table.
The General Elections of the Sindewahi-Lonwahi Nagar Panchayat should be held as per this order.

Order No. MUN 19(3)-Kavi-120-2020 from Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur dated July 30, 2020.
As per the above mentioned order, Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary Part 1-A Dated 31st July 2020, Page No. 4 and 5, Serial No. 50 published for Nagar Panchayat Bhivapur in Nagpur District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of women members (including the number of members of the Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the backward classes of citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 1st October, 2021 of the year 2021, Section (d) of sub-Section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also, as per Letter No. Sec-NP 2021-CR No. 03-desk. 6, dated as per 9-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish corrigendum wherever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be reserved for women ( including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of citizens.
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 30-07-2020 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagar Panchayat, Bhivapur, District Nagpur.

As per the above mentioned order, Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary Part 1-A Dated 31st July 2020, Page No. 11, Serial No. 60 published for Nagar Panchayat Mohadi in Bhandara District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of women members (including the number of members of the Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the backward classes of citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 1st October, 2021 of the year 2021, Section (d) of sub-Section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also, as per Letter No. Sec-NP 2021-CR No. 03-desk. 6, dated as per 9-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish corrigendum wher- ever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be reserved for women ( including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of citizen.
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 31-07-2020 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagar Panchayat, Mohadi, District Bhandara.

Order No. Mun-19(3)-Kavi-126-2020 from Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur dated July 30th, 2020.
As per the above mentioned order Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary Part 1-A published Dated 31st July, 2020, Page No. 15 & 16, Sr. No. 66 for Nagar Panchayat Goregaon in Gondia District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of Women members (including the number of members of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citi- zens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 01st October, 2021, of the year 2021 section (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also as per letter No. Sec./NP-2021/CR No. 03 desk-6 dt. As per 09-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish Corrigendum wherever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be reserved for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) and number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens.
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 31-07-2020 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagar Panchayat, Goregaon in Gondia District.

However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 01st October, 2021, of the year 2021 section (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended
Also as per letter No. Sec./NP-2021/CR No. 03 desk-6 dt. As per 09-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish Corrigendum wherever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be reserved for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens.

As per the above mentioned order Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary Part 1-A pub- lished Dated 31st July, 2020, Page No. 22 & 23, Sr. No. 76 for Nagar Panchyat Pombhurna in Chandapur District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of Women members (including the number of members of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens was fixed as follows.

As per 09-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish Corrigendum wherever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be resered for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) and number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens.
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 30-07-2020 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagar Panchayat Pombhurna in Chandapur District.

As per the above mentioned order, Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary Part 1-A dated 23rd Oct. 2020, Sr. No. 106 Page 4 & 5 published for Nagar Panchayat Jivti in Chandrapur District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of women members (including the number of members of Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the backward classes of citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 1st October, 2021 of the year 2021, Section (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.

As per the above mentioned order, Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary Part -A dated 31st July 2020, Sr. No. 88 Page 30, 31 published for Nagar Panchayat Etapalli in Gadchiroli District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of women members (including the number of members of Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of members reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the backward classes of citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI, dated 1st October, 2021 of the year 2021, Section (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also, as per Letter No. Sec-NP 2021-CR No. 03-desk. 6, dated as per 09-11-2021 of State Election Commission of Maharashtra State Directing Divisional Commissioner to publish Corrigendum wher- ever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be reserved for women ( including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of citizen.

CORRIGENDUM

Order No. Mun-19(3)-Kavi-130-2020 from Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur dated July 30, 2020. As per the above mentioned order Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary Part 1-A Dated 31st July 2020, Sr. No. 96, Page No. 36 published for Nagar Panchyat Kurkheda in Gadchiroli District, the total number of elected members, as well as the number of Women members (including the number of members of Scheduled Castes, Sched- uled Tribes and Backward Classe of Citizens) and the number of Members reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI dated 1st October, 2021, of the year 2021, section (d) of sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also as per letter No. Sec./NP-2021/CR No. 03 desk-6 dt. As per 09-11-2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Divisional Commissioner to publish Corrigendum wherever applicable regarding change in number of seats to be resered for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classe of Citizens) and number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classe of Citizens)
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 30-07-2020 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagpur Panchyat Kurkheda in Gadchiroli District.
