PUBLIC NOTICE OF RETIREMENT
NOTICE is hereby given to the public at large that I i.e. Mr. Kalpesh Hirji Shah, alongwith (1) Mr. Pravin Chapsi Gada, (2) Mr. Suresh Menghraj Shroff, (3) Mr. Hareshkumar Ghanshamdas Hemdev, (4) Mr. Bhanji Gopal Gada, (5) Mr. Ranjit Kumar Kedia and, (6) Mr. Sachin Harishchandra Gunjal, was carrying on business in partnership in the name and style of M/s. Sun-Vision Har- mony ("said firm"), duly registered with the Registrar of Firms bearing Registration No. MU000004466, from the premises being 1st Floor, Sheela Niwas, Ramabai Chemburkar Marg, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400057.
Vide a Deed of Admission cum Retirement dated 1st July, 2021, I have duly retired from the said Firm on and with effect from 1st July, 2021, leaving the business of the said firm to be carried on by the Continuing Partners as therein mentioned.
In the circumstances, the public at large is hereby informed that I shall not be liable and/or responsible for any act, deed or thing done by the said firm and/or the Continuing Partners thereof w.e.f. from 1st July 2021 and the said Deed of Admission Cum Retirement dated 1st July, 2021 further expressly records that I shall also not be liable for any acts, deeds and things done by the said firm and/or its other partners, for the period even prior to 1st July, 2021.

प्रस्तावित योजनांची अधिसूचना

विद्युत कायदा, २००३ च्या कलम १६४ प्रमाणे व महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या आदेश क्रमांक ०६/प्र.क्र.३१२/ऊर्जा/४, दिनांक २४ ऑगस्ट २००६ (शासकीय राजपत्र, पान क्रमांक २८०) नुसार, महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनीस प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारानुसार, खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे अति उच्च दाब पारेषण योजनेचे डेडीकेटेड डिस्ट्रीब्युशन फॅसिलिटी अंतर्गत महापारेषणाच्या देखीरेखीखाली काम हाती घेण्याचे प्रस्तावित करीत आहे. या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर प्रस्तावित योजनेतील विजेचे पारेषण, वितरण अगर म.रा.वि पारेषण कं. मर्या. च्या समन्वय, संचलन व सुव्यवस्था या कामाकरिता पारेषण कंपनीद्वारे करण्यात येईल. जनतेच्या माहितीकरिता ही अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे.
२. खालील योजना त्या भागातील अति उच्च दाब ग्राहकांच्या वाढत्या विजेची गरज पुरविण्यासाठी व नविन ग्राहकांना वीज पुरवठा करण्यासाठी, तसेच विद्युत पुरवठा तसेच विद्युत प्रणाली सक्षम करण्यासाठी आहे.
(अ) धुळे जिल्ह्यतील नरडाणा इंडस्टि्रयल क्षेत्र एम.आय.डी.सी. फेज--I, वाघोदे, ता. शिंदखेडे येथे मे. अल्ट्राटेक सिमेंट लि. (युनिट--धार सिमेंट वक्र्स) यांना १३२ के.व्ही. क्षमतेवर १५ एम.व्ही.ए. विद्युत पुरवठा करणेबाबत. मे. अल्ट्राटेक सिमेंट लि. (युनिट--धार सिमेंट वक्र्स) यांनी महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितच्या देखरेखीखाली करावयाची कामे. (१) जमीन विकास, कंपाऊंड भिंत, गँट्री पायाभारणी, उपकरणे पायाभरणी, कंट्रोल रुम, मेटल स्प्रेडींग, पी/एल अर्थ पीट पाईप लाईन, डब्ल्यू.बी.एम. रोड व कल्वर्ट सहित अॅप्रोच रोड, सम्प वेल, पम्प हाऊस, मीटरिंग रुम, वॉचमेन केबिन व चेन लिंक फेंसिग इ. (i) मे. अल्ट्रटेक सिमेंट लि. च्या जागेत १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे उभारणे -- २ नं. (ii) मे. अल्ट्राटेक सिमेंट लि. च्या जागेत मीटरींग सीटी, पीटी (मेन व चेक), आयसोलेटर उभारणे --१ नं. (एम.ई.आर.सी.मीटरींग कोड २००९ अन्वये मेन व चेक मीटर सहित), (iii) २२० व्होल्ट व ४८ व्होल्ट बॅटरी व बॅटरी चार्जर, (iv) पी.एल.सी.सी. उपकरणे (उपकेंद्र उपकरणे--१ नं. व वाहिनी उपकरण-२ नं.), (v) मे. अल्ट्राटेक सिमेंट लि. उपकेंद्रात बस बार प्रोटेक्शन उभारणे, (vi) १३२ के.व्ही. पीटी बे-- १ नं. (२) १३२ के.व्ही. धुळे - वंडर सिमेंट एकपथ वाहिनीवर प्रस्तावित मे. अल्ट्राटेक सिमेंट लि. उपकेंद्रापयर्ंत लिलो वाहिनी उभारणे--३ कि.मी. (अंदाजे) (३) एबीटी मोजणी व इतर संलग्न उपकरणे उभारणे. (४) स्काडा प्रणाली उभारणे. या योजनेचा अंदाजे खर्च रु. ७४३.९३ लाख इतका आहे.
३. परवानेधारक अगर हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तीने हवे असल्यास, ही सूचना प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या तारखेपासून दोन महिन्यांच्या आत महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितच्या विचाराकरिता पारेषण कंपनीस प्रतिवेदने पाठवावीत, अशी त्यांना अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे. याबाबतची अधिक माहिती अधीक्षक अभियंता (योजना-I), महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादित, ३ रा मजला, प्रकाशगंगा, प्लॉट नं. सी-१९, बांद्रा-कुर्ला संकुल, बांद्रा (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०५१ यांचेशी वेळीच संपर्क साधून मिळू शकते.

मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ च्या कलम ६८ अन्वये महानगरपालिका आयुक्त्तांनी प्रत्यायोजित केलेल्या अधिकारानुसार निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार कलम १६० अन्वये अशी सूचना देत आहेत की, सदर अधिनियमाच्या कलम १५६ नुसार २०२१-२०२२ या वर्षाकरीता नोंदींचे काम हे व्यवहारत: पूर्ण करण्यात आलेले असून संगणकीकृत करनिर्धारण पुस्तक संबंधित सहाय्यक करनिर्धारक व संकलक यांच्या कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन कामकाजाच्या दिवशी दिनांक २० नोव्हेंबर २०२१ ते दिनांक १४ डिसेंबर २०२१ पयर्ंत निरीक्षणार्थ उपलब्ध असेल.
सदरहू अधिनियमातील कलम ५२३(३) समेवत वाचण्याच्या कलम १६२ (१) अन्वये यापुढे असे सूचित करण्यात येते की, डिजिटल स्वरुपातील करनिर्धारण पुस्तकामधील भांडवलीमूल्याच्या विरुद्ध तक्रारींचे अर्ज दाखल करावयाचे असतील तर अशा तक्रारी संबंधित सहाय्यक करनिर्धारक व संकलक यांच्या कार्यालयात दिनांक १४ डिसेंबर २०२१ पयर्ंत स्वीकारण्यात येतील. अशा तक्रारी खुद्द मालमत्ताधारकाने अथवा त्याने मुखत्यारपत्राद्वारे प्राधिकृत केलेल्या व्यक्त्तीने दाखल करणे आवश्यक आहे. तसेच कलम १६३ (२) मध्ये विहित केल्यानुसार तक्रार अर्जात ज्या मुद्यांवर मूल्यांकनाविरुद्ध तक्रार करण्यात येत आहे याचा तपशील संक्षिप्त स्वरुपात मांडणे आवश्यक आहे.
भांडवली मूल्याच्या विरुद्धच्या तक्रार अर्जाची करनिर्धारक व संकलक यांच्या कार्यालयात सादर केल्याची लेखी पोहोचपावती अर्जदारास सादर करता न आल्यास अशा तक्रार अजार्ंबाबत करनिर्धारक व संकलक जबाबदार असणार नाहीत. डाक सेवेद्वारे पाठविलेल्या तक्रारी विहीत मुदतीत प्राप्त न झाल्यास त्यांचा विचार करण्यात येणार नाही.

Under the powers delegated to the undersigned by the Municipal Commissioner of Greater Mumbai, as per section 68 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1888, notice as per section 160 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act is hereby given that the ward Capital Valuation entries required by sec. 156 for the year 2021-2022 have been completed, as far as practicable, and that the digital assessment book will be available for inspection at the office of the Asstt. Assessor & Collector in the respective wards on working days between 20th November, 2021 to 14th December 2021.
In pursuance of section 162 (1) read with section 523 (3) of the act, it is further notified that complaints against the Capital Values entered in the digital assessment book will be received in the office of the Asstt. Assessor & Collector of respective wards up to 14th December 2021. Such complaints must be made in writing by the property owners themselves or by the persons duly authorized by them under a power of attorney. The complaints should contain all the facts on which the valuation is complained against as required by section 163 (2) of the Act. The Assessor & Collector will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any complaint in his office unless the parties complaining produce proper acknowledgements from the department concerned. The complaints received by post after due date will not be considered.
