Order No. MUN 19(3)-Kavi-290-2020 from Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, dated December 11, 2019.
As per the above mentioned order of Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary Part-1A,published dated 12th December 2019, page No. 2, Sr. No. 74 for Nagar Parishad Wadi in Nagpur District, the totalद्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, म्दन् ३०, २०२१/ + ९, ॅ १९४३ ४७ number of elected members, as well as the number of women member (including the number of mem- bers of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Citizens) and the number of mem- bers reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the backward Classes of Citizens was fixed as follows.
However, under Maharashtra Ordinance No. VI, dated 1st October, 2021 and 2nd November, 2021 of the year 2021, Section (d) and (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 has been amended.
Also as per letter No. Sec./NP-2021-PR No. 03-desk-6, date as per 19th November 2021 of State Election Commission, Maharashtra State directing Collector a program has been given to prepare a rough draft of ward structure for the elections of the newly formed Municipal Councils which are coming to an end. Accordingly, amendments are being made in the gazette regarding the number of member of the Municipal Council and reservation through corrigendum. (including the seats belonging to Sched- uled Caste, Scheduled Tribes & Backward Class of Citizens) & number of seats to be reserved for Sched- uled Caste, Scheduled Tribes & Backward Class of Citizen.
In this regard, the following amendment is being made in the order dated 11th December, 2019 fixing the number of elected members of the above mentioned Nagar Parishad Wadi District Nagpur.

Order No. MUN 19(3)-Kavi-291-2020 from Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director, Municipal Council Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, dated December 11, 2019.
