कर्मांक मजिनपर्ा-२०२०/(२७/२०२०)/जसं(आ(cid:274)था).—ज्याअथीर्, महारा(cid:273)टर्ाचे राज्यपाल यांनी शासन अिधसूचना, जलसंपदा िवभाग कर्मांक मजिनपर्ा-२०२०/(२७/२०२०)/जसं(आ(cid:274)था), िदनांक १८ मे, २०२१ अन्वये महारा(cid:273)टर् जलसंप(cid:427)ी िनयमन पर्ािधकरण अिधिनयम, २००५ (२००५ चा महा.१८) मधील तरतुदीनुसार गठीत करण्यात आले(cid:269)या महारा(cid:273)टर् जलसंप(cid:427)ी िनयमन पर्ािधकरणाचे (यात यापुढ(cid:578) ज्याचा िनद(cid:616)श " उक्त पर्ािधकरण " असा करण्यात आला आहे.) सद(cid:274)य (cid:266)हणून (cid:342)ीमती (cid:272)वेताली अिभजीत ठाकरे यांची अथर्(cid:271)यव(cid:274)था क्षेतर्ातील तज्(cid:551) आिण डॉ. िवनय नारायण परांजपे यांची िविध क्षेतर्ातील तज्(cid:551) या पदावर िनयुक्ती क(cid:577)ली आहे ;

आिण ज्याअथीर्, डॉ. िवनय नारायण परांजपे, िविध क्षेतर्ातील तज्(cid:551) यांनी त्यांना स(cid:464):ि(cid:274)थतीत सदर पर्ािधकरणाच्या सद(cid:274)य (िविध) या पदाचा कायर्भार ि(cid:274)वकारणे शक्य होत नस(cid:269)याचे कळिवले आहे.

आिण ज्याअथीर्, महारा(cid:273)टर्ाचे राज्यपाल यांना डॉ. साधना सुिनल महाश(cid:264)दे यांना सदर पर्ािधकरणाचे सद(cid:274)य (cid:266)हणून िनयुक्त करणे उिचत वाटले आहे ;

त्याअथीर्, आता, महारा(cid:273)टर् जलसंप(cid:427)ी िनयमन पर्ािधकरण अिधिनयम, २००५ च्या कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (५) आिण कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड(ङ) (cid:465)ारे पर्दान करण्यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा आिण याबाबतीत समथर्न करणा(cid:311)या इतर सवर् अिधकारांचा वापर करून महारा(cid:273)टर्ाचे राज्यपाल, या(cid:465)ारे उक्त अिधिनयमाच्या कलम ५ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये (cid:274)थापन करण्यात आले(cid:269)या िनवड सिमतीने िशफारस क(cid:577)(cid:269)यानुसार उक्त पर्ािधकरणाचे सद(cid:274)य (िविध क्षेतर्ातील तज्(cid:551)) (cid:266)हणून डॉ.साधना सुिनल महाश(cid:264)दे यांची त्या पदावर रुजू झा(cid:269)याच्या िदनांकापासून तीन वषा(cid:597)च्या कालावधीसाठी िकंवा त्यांच्या वयाची स(cid:427)र वष(cid:616) पूणर् होईपय(cid:597)त, यापैकी जो िदनांक आधी येईल२ महारा(cid:273)टर् शासन राजपतर् असाधारण भाग चार-ब, िडस(cid:606)बर १, २०२१/अगर्हायण १०, शक(cid:577) १९४३ त्या िदनांकापय(cid:597)त िनयुक्ती करीत आहेत आिण या(cid:465)ारे उक्त अिधिनयमाच्या पर्योजनासाठी सदर अिधसूचनेमध्ये खालीलपर्माणे दुरु(cid:274)ती करीत आहे :—

सदर अिधसूचनेमधील, अनुकर्मांक (२) येथे पुढीलपर्माणे खंड दाखल करण्यात येत आहे :—

"(२) डॉ. साधना सुिनल महाश(cid:264)दे सद(cid:274)य ;".

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA WATER RESOURCES REGULATORY AUTHORITY ACT, 2005.

No.MWRRA-2020/(27/2020)/WR(Estt).—Whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notiﬁcation, Water Resources Department, No. MWRRA-2020/(27/2020)/WR(Estt), dated the 18th May 2021, appointed Smt. Shwetali Abhijeet Thakare, an expert from the ﬁeld of economics and Dr. Vinay Narayan Paranjape, an expert from the ﬁeld of law, as Members of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (hereinafter referred to as " the said Authority ") constituted under the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Mah. XVIII of 2005);

And whereas, Dr.Vinay Narayan Paranjape, an expert from the ﬁeld of law, has communicated that it would not be possible for him at this stage to assume the role of member (Law) of the said Authority ;

And whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra considered it expedient to appoint an expert from the ﬁeld of law, as a member of the said Authority ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 read with clause (e) of sub-section(1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Mah. XVIII of 2005) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted under sub-section (1) section 5 of the said Act, appoints Dr.Sadhana Sunil Mahashabde, an expert from the ﬁeld of law, as a member of the said Authority for a term of three years from the date on which she enters upon her ofﬁce or till she has attained the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier, and for that purpose hereby amends the said Notiﬁcation as follows, namely :—

In the said Notiﬁcation, for entry at serial number (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

" (2) Dr. Sadhana Sunil Mahashabde, Member ; ".
