NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA ANCIENT MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAISN ACT, 1960.

No. smarak 2021/C.R. 99/Sanka 3.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the ancient and historical monument described in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as " the said monument "), should be a protected monument ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sectionn (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960 (Mah. XII of 1961), the Government of Maharashtra hereby gives two months notice of its intention to declare the said monument to be a protected monument ;

Any person interested in the said monument may, within two months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, may object to the proposed declaration of the said monument to be a protected monument ;

Any such objections which may be received by the Secretary, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department, Mantralaya Annexe, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.

No. IDC 2021/(C.R. 257)/Ind. 14.– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints 2nd December 2021 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect in certain areas of Village Tambati in Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto and declares the said area to be an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act, for the purposes of the said Act.

The said area is more clearly defined in red in the map deposited in the offices of the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093, The Sub Divisional Officer, Karjat, District Raigad is bounded by the area as indicated in the said schedule.

No. IDC 2021/(C.R. 257)/Ind 14.–In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares the areas mentioned in the Schedule Village Tambati, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad appended hereto to be an industrial area for the purposes of the said Act.
