No. IDA-122021/C.R.-111/LAB - 2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 and 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2021, dated 23rd November 2021 of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No.2 in place of the judicial Officer shown in Column No.3 as the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Wardha shown in Column No.4 of the schedule appointed hereto.
