क्रमांक बीिब्लयुआर-१०२१/प्र.क्र.१६९/राउशु-३.—महाराष्ट्र दारुबंदी कायदा (१९४९ चा २५) चया कलम १३९ चया पोट-कलम (१) मधील (ि१) आदि पोट-कलम (२) अन्वये प्रदान केले्लया अदधकाराचा ्वापर करून, शासन अदधसूचना, गृह द्वभाग, क्रमांक एमआयएस-०११९/प्र.क्र.२६/राउशु-३, ददनांक १६ सपटेंबर २०१९ अदधक्रदमत करुन, याद्ारे महाराष्ट्र शासन, शासन अदधसूचना, गृह द्वभाग, क्रमांक एआरएम-१०९६/२१/२/इएकससी-३, ददनांक १३ सपटेंबर १९९६ मधील अनुसूचीचया अ.क्र.९ मधील खंि (ब), (क) आदि (ि) ्वगळून, महाराष्ट्र बीअर आदि ्वाईन दनदम्गती दनयम, १९६६ अन्वये नमुना बीआरएल अनुज्ञपतीधारक ्वाईन उतपादक यांना, खालीलप्रमािे अनुसूचीचया सतंभ (३) मधये नमूद केले्लया मया्गदेपययंत, दद. १ जाने्वारी २०२२ पासून दद. ३१ दिसेंबर २०२६ पययंत उतपादन शु्लकातून सूट देणयात येत आहे.

ORDER
Maharashtra Prohibition act.
No.BWR-1021/CR 169/ EXC-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d1) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 (XXV of 1949), and of all powers enabling it in this behalf and in supersession of the Government Notification, Home Department, No. MIS-0119/C.R.26/EXC-3, dated 16th September 2019, the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts the excise duty levied under entry 9 of the schedule, except clauses (b), (c) and (d) of the said entry 9, of the Government Notification, Home Department, No. ARM.1096/21/2/ EXC.3, dated the 13th September 1996, to the extent mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto to the wine manufacturers holding licence in FORM BRL, granted under the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966, with effect from the 1st January 2022 till the 31st December 2026.
