Development Plan of Extended Municipal Area of Wani Municipal Council
No. MCW-PD-EADPWANI-1369-2021.—
The Wani Municipal Council by it's General Body Resolution No. 2, Dated 28-02-2020 has declared it's intention to prepare Development Plan of extended on Dt. 28-03-2018 for extended Wani Municipal area outside the original sanctioned Development Plan under Section 34 and 23 of the Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning Act, 1966 for the area within it's jurisdiction. A copy of the plan showing the area for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open for inspection by the public on all working days during office hours at the office of the Wani Municipal Council, as required under Section 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
Suggestions or objections, if any should be communicated in writing within 60 days from the date of publication of this Notification of Municipal Council Wani in the Maharashtra Government Gazette so they shall be considered by the Wani Municipal Council, as required by Section 23 (1) of the Act.
