INDIAN FOREST ACT, 1927.
No. TRS-06/2021/C.R. 169/F-6 In exercise of powers conferred by the section 41 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI of 1927), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby make the following rules, further to amend the Maharashtra Forest Rules, 2014, namely :
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Forest (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. In rule 53 of the Maharashtra Forest Rules, 2014, in sub-rule (10), in clause (d), after the words "the State Government", the words "or the Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited" shall be inserted.
