क्रमांक एसयूटी. १०/२००८/प्र. क्र. १७/भाग-१/र-६.—दनरा्गदसत दहतसंबंध (दरभकतीकरण) अदधदनयम, १९५१ (१९५१ चा ६४) चया कलम १३ द्ारे तसेच, सर्गसाधारण राक्ंि अदधदनयम, १८९७ (१८९७ चा १०) चया कलम ६ द्ारे प्रदान करणयात आलेलया अदधकारांचा आदण शासन अदधसूचना, महसूल र रन दरभाग क्रमांक एसयुटी. १०/२००८/प्र.क्र.१७/र-६, ददनांक १९ जानेरारी २०२१ ंबई यांनी अदधक्रदमत करून महाराष्ट्र शासन, केंद्र सरकारचया मानयतेने आदण रीट यादचका क्र.६१५/२००८ मधये मा.उचच नयायालय, मु ददनांक ५ ऑगसट २००८ रोजी ददलेले दनदेश दरचारात घेता, याद्ारे श्ी. दनतीन वही. दजरने, दरदध सललागार-दन-सहसदचर, दरदध र नयाय दरभाग, मादाम कामा माग्ग, हुतातमा राजगुरू चौक, मंत्ालय, मु ंबई ४०० ०३२ यांची उकत अदधदनयमानरये शासन अदधसूचना, महसूल र रन दरभाग, क्र. एसयुटी. १०/२००८/प्र. क्र. १७/र-६, ददनांक १९ जानेरारी २०२१ द्ारे दनयुकत करणयात आलेलया सक्षम अदधकाऱयाचया आदेशांदररुद्ध अदिलांची सुनारणी करणयाचया प्रयोजनार्ग अिील अदधकारी महणून दनयुकती करीत आहे आदण तयाची अदधकाररता संिूण्ग महाराष्ट्र राजयभर असेल.

NOTIFICATION
EvacuEE IntErEst (sEparatIon) act, 1951.
No. SUT. 10/2008/CR-17/Part-1/R-6.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951 (LXIV of 1951) read with section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (X of 1897) and in supersession of the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. SUT. 10/2008/CR-17/R-6, dated the 19th January 2021, the Government of Maharashtra, with the approval of the Central Government and in the light of the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on the 5th August 2008 in Writ Petition No. 615 of 2008, hereby appoints Shri Nitin V. Jivane, Solicitor-cum-Joint Secretary to Government of Maharashtra, Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, to be the Appellate Officer for the purpose of hearing appeal against the orders of the Competent Officer appointed under the said Act vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. SUT. 10/2008/CR.-17/R-6, dated the 19th January 2021 and he shall have jurisdiction over the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
