क्रमांक्र. दिपोतप्ा. ११२०/प्.क्र.-१८९/पोल-१४.—जयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, शासन अदिसूचना, गृह दिभाग, क्र. एमआयएस-३६१४/प्.क्र.४/भाग-२/पोल-१४, ददनांक १३ एदप्ल,२०१७ अनिये महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अदिदनयम (१९५१ चा १२) कलम २२स उप-कलम (१) ि (२) द्ारे प्दान केलेलया अदिकारा अंतग्गत नादशक या दिभागीय प्देशाकररता दिभागीय पोलीस तक्रार प्ादिकरण (यानंतर "उकत प्ादिकरण" असे संबोिणयात यािे) गठीत करून अधयक्ष आदण सदसय यांची उकत प्ादिकरणािर दनयुकती केली होती ;

आदण जयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, शासन अदिसूचना, गृह दिभाग, क्र. दिपोतप्ा-११२०/प्.क्र.-१८९/पोल-१४, ददनांक १८ ऑगस्ट २०२१ अनिये, श्ी. अबदुल सलीम अहमद हुसेन शहापूरे, सेिादनिृत दजलहा नयायािीश यांची उकत प्ादिकरणात अधयक्ष महणून दनयुकती केली होती ;

आदण जयाअर्थी, श्ी. अबदुल सलीम अहमद हुसेन शहापूरे, सेिादनिृत दजलहा नयायािीश यांनी उकत प्ादिकरणाचया अधयक्ष पदाचा काय्गभार ससिकारला नाही ;

आदण जयाअर्थी, श्ी. ददपक अमृतलाल िोळदकया, सेिादनिृत दजलहा नयायािीश यांची अधयक्ष महणून उकत प्ादिकरणात दनयुकती करणे योगय राहील, असा शासनाने दिचार केला आहे ;

भाग चार-ब-३९०–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, डिसेंबर २८, २०२१/पौर ७, शके १९४३ महणून, आता, महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अदिदनयम (१९५१ चा १२) कलम २२स चया उप-कलम (२) अनिये प्दान केलेलया अदिकारानुसार, महाराष्ट्र शासन, अदिसूचना, गृह दिभाग,क्र. क्र.एमआयएस-३६१४/प्.क्र.४/भाग-२/पोल-१४, ददनांक १५ एदप्ल,२०१७ मधये पुढीलप्माणे सुिारणा करीत आहे :—

उकत अदिदनयमाचया पररदशष्टामधये नमूद केलयाप्माणे, अनुक्रमांक-१ येर्े खालीलप्माणे पया्गयी बदलाची नोंद करणयात येत आहे :—

महाराष्ट्राचे राजयपाल यांचया आदेशानुसार ि नािाने,

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Police act.

No. DPCA-1120/CR-189/Pol-14.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Home Department, No. MIS-3614/CR-4/part-2/Pol-14, dated the 15th April 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 22S of the Maharashtra Police Act (XII of 1951), constituted the Divisional Level Police Complaints Authority for divisional area of Nashik (hereinafter referred to as "the said Authority") and appointed the Chairman and members of the said Authority ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Notification, Home Department, No. DPCA-1120/CR-189/Pol-14, dated the 18th August 2021, appointed Shri Abdul Saleem Ahamed Husain Shahapure, Retired District Judge, as the Chairperson of the said Authority ;

And whereas, Shri Abdul Saleem Ahamed Husain Shahapure, Retired District Judge, has not taken the charge of the post of Chairperson of the said Authority ;

And whereas, the Government considers it expedient to appoint Shri Deepak Amratlal Dholakia, Retired District Judge, as the Chairperson on the said Authority ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 22S of the Maharashtra Police Act (XII of 1951), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification, Home Department, No. MIS-3614/CR-4/part-2/Pol-14, dated the 15th April 2017, as follows, namely :—

In the Schedule appended to the said Notification, for entry at serial No.1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
