BY COLLECTOR
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-MC-2021-CR-6-D-06, Dated 17th December 2021 of the Hon'ble State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra the Collector of Yavatmal District proposes to make the following draft order under sub-section (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 to fix for the Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat to specify the wards reserved for General Category (Earlier Reserved for Backward Classes of citizen/ Backward Classes of citizen Women) as the case may be as shown in the schedule said draft order is hereby published as required by the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 in resepct of the said draft order, I, the Collector of Yavatmal District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following Order namely.—

Whereas, the Hon'ble Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Amravati Division, Amravati by his Order No. DCA(MCA)-Gen. Election-WS-180-2021, dated 27th December 2021 issued under sub- section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Town- ships Act, 1965 has fixed the number of Members to be elected to Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat and the number of seats to be reserved for are fixed as shown below.—

Election-WS-180-2021, dated 27th December 2021 with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, I the Collector of Yavatmal District, to specify the wards reserved for General Category/General Category Women (Earlier Reserved for Backward Classes of citizens and Women including Backward Classes of citizen and Women in General Category) as the case may be as shown in the schedule.
