No. DESK-10-M.A-RA-N-Panchayat Election-2021-22-W.S. No.985-2021.—

Whereas, the Collector of Gadchiroli by exercising the powers conferred by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2020-CR-1-A-D- VI, dated 6th February 2020 has fixed the number and extent of the ward in to which the Aheri Nagar Panchayat area was divided and specified the ward in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens) and whereas by order dated 30-12-2020 the same has been published in Govern- ment Gazette Nofication.

However, Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra Mumbai by letter dated 17-12-2021, has declared the revised Lottery Program-2021 as per order dated 15-12-2021 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court whereby the number of seats reerved for Backward Class of citizens has been directed to reserve for General Category and out of those seats the number of seats are to be reserved for General Category (women). Accordingly, in 5 Nagar Panchayat's in Gadchiroli district i.e. Aheri, Sironcha, Chamorshi, Dhanora and Kurkheda, the number of seats reserved for BCC/BCC (women) have been replaced as general category/general category (women) by lottery dated 23-12-2021 and Hon'ble Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division Nagpur by order dated 27-12-2021 granted final approval to replacement of earlier reservation for BCC's as General category/General category (women).

No. DESK 10-MA-RA-N.Panchayat-Ele-2021-22-W. S. No. 985-2021.—

Whereas, the Collector of Gadchiroli District by exercising the powers conferred by Order No. SEC- N.P.-2020-CR.-1-A-D-VI, dated 06th February 2020 has fixed the number and extent of the ward in to which the Sironcha Nagar Panchayat area was divided and specified the ward in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens) and Whereas by Order dated 30th December 2020 the same has been published in Government Gazette Notification.

However, Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra, Mumbai by letter dated 17th December, 2021, has declared the revised Lottery Program-2021 as per the order dated 15th December, 2021 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court whereby the number of seats reserved for Backward Class of citizen has been directed to reserve for General Category and out of those seats the number of seats are to be reserved for General Category (Women). Accordingly, in 5 Nagar Panchayat's in Gadchiroli district, i.e., Aheri, Sironcha, Chamorshi, Dhanora and Kurkheda, the number of seats reserved for BCC/BCC (Women) have been replaced as General Category/General Category (Women) by lottery dated 23rd Dectmber, 2021 and Hon'ble Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur by order dated 27th December, 2021. Granted final approval to replacement of the earlier reservation for BCC's as General Category/ General Category (Women).

Therefore, in pursuance of the amended provision made under Section 9(2)(d)of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industria Townships Act, 1965 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the District Collector, Gadchiroli by order No. SEC-NP-2021-CR-6-W-06, dated 17th Decem- ber, 2021 issued by State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the Collector of Gadchiroli District do hereby proposed to substitute the order dated 23rd November, 2021 regarding revised reservation of the number of Councilors to be Elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (Including Women belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as shown under for Sironcha Nagar Panchayat.

Whereas, the Collector of Gadchiroli District by exercising the powers conferred by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2020-CR- 01A-D-VI, dated 6th February 2020 has fixed the number and extent of the ward in to which the Chamorshi Nagar Panchayat area was divided and specified the ward in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens) and whereas by order dated 30-12-2020 the same has been published in Government Gazette Nofication.

However, Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra, Mumbai by letter dated 17-12-2021, has declared the revised Lottery Program-2021 as per the order dated 15-12-2021 passed by Hon'ble Suprreme Court whereby the number of seats reserved for Backward Class of Citizens has been directed to reserve for General Category and out of those seats the number of seats are to be reserved for General Category (Women). Accordingly, in 5 Nagar Panchayat's in Gadchiroli district i.e., Aheri, Sironcha, Chamorshi, Dhanora and Kurkheda, the number of seats reserved for BCC/ BCC (Women) have been replaced as gereral category/general category (Women) by lottery dated 23-12-2021 and Hon'ble Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division Nagpur by order dated 27-12-2021. granted final approval to replace- ment of the earlier reservation for BCC's as General category/General category (Women).

Therefore, In pursuance of the amended provision made under Section 9(2)(d) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat's and Industrial Township's Act, 1965, and in exercise of the power's conferred on the District Collector, Gadchiroli by order No. SEC-NP-2021-CR-6-W-06, dated 17 December 2021 issued by State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the Collector of Gadchiroli District do hereby proposed to substitute the order dated 23-11-2021 regarding revised reservation of the number of Councilor's to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribe and the Backward Cllass of Citizens and women (Including women belonging to the Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Class of Citizens) as shown under for Chamorshi Nagar Panchayat :–

Whereas, the Collector of Gadchiroli, district by exercising the powers conferred by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2020- CR-01-A-D-VI, dated 6th February, 2020 has fixed the number and extent of the ward in to which the Dhanora Nagar Panchayat area was divided and specified the ward in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Sched- uled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Sched- uled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) and whereas by order dated 30-12-2020 the same has been published in Government Gazette Notification.

However, Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra, Mumbai by letter dated 17 December, 2021, has declared the revised Lottery Programe -2021 as per the order dated 15 December, 2021 passed by Hon'able Supreme Court whereby the number of seats reserved for Backward Class of Citizens has been directed to reserve for General Category and out of those seats the number of seats are to be reserved for General Category (Women). Acoordingly, in 5 Nagar Panchayat's in Gadchiroli district, i.e. Aheri, Sironcha, Chamorshi, Dhanora and Kurkheda, the number of seats reserved for BCC/BCC(Women) have been replaced as General Category / General Category (Women) by lottery dated 23 December, 2021 and Hon'able Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur by order dated 27 December 2021. granted final approval to replacement of the earlier reservation for BCC's as General Category / General Category (Women)

Therefore, In pursuance of the above amended provision made under Section 9(2)(d) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat's and Industrial Township's Act, 1965, and in exercise of the power's conferred on the

Whereas, the Collector of Gadchiroli District by exercising the powers conferred by Order No. SEC-N.P.-2020-CR- 1A-D-VI, dated 6th February 2020 has fixed the number and extent of the ward in to which the Kurkheda Nagar Panchayat area was divided and specified the ward in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens) and whereas by order dated 30-12-2020 the same has been published in Government Gazette Notification.

However, Hon. State Election Commission of Maharashtra, Mumbai by letter dated 17-12-2021, has declared the revised Lottery Program-2021 as per the order dated 15-12-2021 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court whereby the number of seats reserved for Backward Class of citizens has been directed to reserve for General Category and out of those seats the number of seats are to be reserved for General Category (Women). Accordingly, in 5 Nagar Panchayat's in Gadchiroli district, i. e. Aheri, Sironcha, Chamorshi, Dhanora and Kurkheda the number of seats reserved for BCC/ BCC(Women) have been replaced as general category/general category (Women) by lottery dated 23-12-2021 and Hon'ble Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division Nagpur by order dated 27-12-2021, granted final approval to replace- ment of the earlier reservation for BCC's as General category/General category (women).

Therefore, in pursuance of the amended provision made under Section 9(2)(d) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat's and Industrial Township's Act, 1965 and in exercise of the power's conferred on the District Collector, Gadchiroli by order No. SEC-NP-2021-CR-6-W-06, dated 17th December, 2021 issued by State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the Collector of Gadchiroli District do hereby proposed to substitute the order dated 23-11-2021 regarding Revised reservation of the number of Councilor's to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as shown under for Kurkheda Nagar Panchayat :–
