(cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), पूवा(cid:593)(cid:342)मी(cid:247)या पनवेल नगरप(cid:555)रषद ह(cid:459)ीची सुधा(cid:555)रत िवकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य यांनी महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) (cid:332)ादेिशक िनयोजन व नगररचना अिधिनयम, १९६६ मधील कलम ३१(१) अ(cid:261)वये अिधसूचना (cid:312). िव. यो. पनवेल (सु.)/टीपी(cid:271)ही- ३/१६-९३/१६७६, िदनांक १६ माच(cid:593) १९९३ अ(cid:261)वये मंजुरी िदलेली आहे आिण उ(cid:242)त सुधा(cid:555)रत िवकास योजना िदनांक १५ मे १९९३ पासून अंमलात आली आहे;

आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), पनवेल नगरप(cid:555)रषद ह(cid:459)ीतील वगळले(cid:269)या भागाची िवकास योजना संचालक, नगररचना, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य यांनी अिधसूचना (cid:312). िव. यो. पनवेल (सु.)/ईपी/ टीपी(cid:271)ही-३/५३-९४/२८२०, िदनांक २७ माच(cid:593) १९९४ अ(cid:261)वये मंजुरी िदलेली आहे आिण उ(cid:242)त वगळले(cid:269)या भागाची िवकास योजना िदनांक ०१ जुलै १९९४ पासून अंमलात आली आहे;

आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), पनवेल नगररचना प(cid:555)रयोजना (cid:312).१ ((cid:332). फ(cid:577).) अंितम शासनाने िद. ३१ ऑग(cid:274)ट २००९ रोजी मंजूर क(cid:577)ली आहे;

आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) महानगरपािलका अिधिनयम चे कलम ३ (cid:247)या पोट-कलम (४) नुसार महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन नगर िवकास िवभाग अिधसूचना (cid:312)मांक पनप – २९१४/(cid:271)ही आय फी सं.(cid:312). ३०१/(cid:332).(cid:312). ३५४/निव-२३, िद. २५ स(cid:262)ट(cid:608)बर २०१६ अ(cid:261)वये पनवेल नगरप(cid:555)रषदेचे संपूण(cid:593) (cid:550)े(cid:327) व २९ महसुली गावां(cid:247)या (cid:550)े(cid:327)ासाठी पनवेल महानगरपािलक(cid:577)ची (cid:274)थापना कर(cid:256)यात आली असून ती िदनांक १ ऑ(cid:242)टोबर २०१६ पासून अ(cid:556)(cid:274)त(cid:257)वात आली आहे;

आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), पूवा(cid:593)(cid:342)मी(cid:247)या पनवेल नगरप(cid:555)रषद सुधा(cid:555)रत मंजूर िवकास योजना व मंजूर नगररचना प(cid:555)रयोजना मधील र(cid:274)ते स(cid:260)या(cid:247)या साव(cid:593)जिनक वाहतुकी(cid:247)या दृ(cid:273)टीने अ(cid:543)ंद आहेत व शहराची वाढती लोकसं(cid:243)या, वाहतूक व पाक(cid:560)गची गरज िवचारात घेता उ(cid:242)त र(cid:274)(cid:257)यांचे (cid:543)ंदीकरण करणे आव(cid:272)यक आहे;

आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), पनवेल महानगरपािलका ह(cid:459)ीतील मौजे पनवेल येथील पंचर(cid:257)न सक(cid:594)ल ते छ. िशवाजी महाराज चौक पय(cid:597)तचा िव(cid:464)मान १५.२४ मी. (cid:544)(cid:573)दीचा र(cid:274)ता महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) महानगरपािलका अिधिनयम, १९४९ चे कलम २१० अ(cid:261)वये १८.२४ मी. (cid:544)(cid:573)दीची रेषा िविहत करणेबाबत िनण(cid:593)य पनवेल महानगरपािलका (cid:274)थायी सिमती सभा ठराव (cid:312).२३१, िदनांक ०६ माच(cid:593) २०२० अ(cid:261)वये झाला आहे;

भाग दोन-४–१२ महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327) असाधारण भाग दोन, जानेवारी ८, २०२२/पौष १८, शक(cid:577) १९४३ (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) महानगरपािलका अिधिनयम, १९४९ चे कलम २१० अनुस(cid:544)न खालील (cid:332)माणे र(cid:274)ता (cid:544)(cid:573)दीकरणास मा(cid:261)यता दे(cid:256)यात आली आहे आिण र(cid:274)ता (cid:544)(cid:573)दीकरण दश(cid:593)िवणारा नकाशा नाग(cid:555)रकांचे मािहती व अवलोकनाथ(cid:593) सहा(cid:267)यक संचालक, नगररचना पनवेल महानगरपािलका काया(cid:593)लयात काया(cid:593)लयीन वेळ(cid:578)त उपल(cid:264)ध क(cid:544)न देणेत आला आहे:—

सव(cid:593) नाग(cid:555)रकांना कळिवणेत येते की, (cid:249)यांना वरील फ(cid:577)रबदलाबाबत सूचना व हरकती (cid:245)यावया(cid:247)या असतील (cid:257)यांनी हे जाहीर (cid:332)कटन महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासनाचे राजप(cid:327)ात (cid:332)िस(cid:460) झालेपासून तीस िदवसांचे आत लेखी (cid:274)व(cid:544)पात पनवेल महानगरपािलक(cid:577)(cid:247)या काया(cid:593)लयात काया(cid:593)लयीन वेळ(cid:578)त सादर करावे. सदर (cid:332)ा(cid:262)त सूचना व हरकती (cid:332)(cid:274)तावांचा अंितम मंजुरी(cid:247)या वेळी िवचार कर(cid:256)यात येईल व मुदतीनंतर (cid:332)ा(cid:262)त हरकती सूचना िवचारात घेत(cid:269)या जाणार नाहीत.

वरील र(cid:274)(cid:257)याचे र(cid:274)ता (cid:543)ंदीकरणामुळ(cid:578) बािधत होणारे अंितम भूखंड (cid:312). खालील(cid:332)माणे आहेत:—

Public Notice

Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 Section 210

No. PMC/TPD/Roads/ 26-22/C.R. 01/ 40 /2022.

Whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Notification No. DP-Panvel (R)/TPV-3/16-93/1676, dated 16th March 1993, sanctioned the Panvel Municipal Council's Revised Development Plan and the said Revised Development Plan come into force with effect from 15th May 1993;

And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State vide Notification No. DP-Panvel (R)/EP/TPV-3/53-94/2820, dated 27th April 1994, sanctioned the Panvel Municipal Council's Revised Development Plan's Excluded Part Development Plan and the said Revised Development Plan's Excluded Part Development Plan come into force with effect from 1st July 1994 ;

And whereas, Panvel Municipal Council Town Planning Scheme (1st Variation) Final sanctioned by Government dated 31st August 2009 ;

And whereas, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 4 of section 3 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 vide Notification No. PNP.2914/VIP No.301/C.R. 354/UD-23, dated 25th September 2016 constituted the Panvel Municipal Corporation for the areas of whole area of Panvel Municipal Council and 29 surrounding revenue villages, which come into force with effect from 1st October 2016 ;

And whereas, the roads shown in sanctioned development plan of erstwhile Panvel Municipal Council and Sanctioned Town Planning Scheme of Panvel town are narrow in consideration with existing heavy traffic and growing population of city, and needs to be widened ;

And whereas, the existing 15.24 m wide road aligning from Pancharatna Circle to Ch. Shivaji Maharaj Chouk is decided to be widened to 18.24 m by Hon. Standing Committee, Panvel Municipal Council in exercise of the powers conferred by section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 vide Resolution No.231, dated 6th March 2020 ;

Therefore, in accordance with Section 210 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949, the following road widening has been proposed and it is kept open for the inspection of the public on all working days and in working hours in the office the of the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation :—

Any citizen, who want to submit any objection and/or suggestion about the proposed alignment of the road, he/ she may submit in writing within 30 days from the publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. It shall be noted that, suggestion or objection if any, received by Panvel Municipal Corporation in writing within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette would only be considered. The suggestion/objection received after 30 days would not be considered.

Description of Road

Road widening of the existing 15.24 m wide road aligning from Pancharatna Circle to Ch. Shivaji Maharaj Chouk is proposed to be widened to 18.24 m under section 210 of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949.

Details of Final Plot Numbers of lands affected by the proposed road widening are as below:—

Note:—Other than above listed final plot numbers, if any other final plot numbers existed while laying out the road widening then it will also be the part of the above proposed road widening.

Plan showing proposed road widening alignment is kept open for Inspection in the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation.
