क्रमांक नवि/कार्या-१/नपा/निवडणूक/६७३/२०२१.---- मा. सर्वाेच्च न्यायालयाच्या दिनांक १५ डिसेंबर २०२१ रोजीच्या निदशानुसार व मा. राज्य निवडणूक आयोग यांचेकडील पत्र क्र. रानिआ/नप-२०२१/प्र.क्र.०६/क-०६, दिनांक १७ डिसेंबर २०२१ अन्वये नागरिकांचा मागास प्रवर्गाकरिता आरक्षण असलेल्या ज्या जागा सर्वसाधारण प्रवर्गातील होतील, त्या जागांपैकी सर्वसाधारण महिलांकरिता आरक्षित ठेवावयाच्या जागांसाठी सुधारित ेरसोडतीचा कार्यक्रम-२०२१ जाहीर करणेत आलेला आहे. त्यास अनुसरून या कार्यालयाकडील पत्र क्रमांक नवि/आरआर/कार्या-१/ ६४१/२०२१, दिनांक २४ डिसेंबर २०२१ अन्वये खानापूर नगरपंचायतीच्या सदस्य पदांच्या नागरिकांचा मागास प्रवर्ग व नागरिकांचा मागास प्रवर्ग महिला आरक्षणाच्या ऐवजी सर्वसाधारण / सर्वसाधारण प्रवर्गातील महिलांच्या अंतिम आरक्षणाचा प्रस्ताव मा. विभागीय आयुक्त, पुणे यांचेकडे सादर करणेत आला.

मा. विभागीय आयुक्त यांचेकडील पत्र क्र. नपाप्र/१/प्र.र.अंतिम/कावि-१२४८/२०२१, दिनांक २७ डिसेंबर २०२१ अन्वये सदर अंतिम आरक्षणाचे प्रस्तावास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे, त्यामुळे मी, डॉ. अभिजीत चौधरी, सांगली जिल्ह्याचा जिल्हाधिकारी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १० (१) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून निम्नोक्त आदेश देत आहे.

आदेश

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औोगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४०) च्या कलम ९ पोट-कलम (२) अन्वये मा. विभागीय आयुक्त तथा प्रादेशिक संचालक, नगरपालिका प्रशासन, पुणे विभाग, विधान भवन, पुणे यांनी केलेला आदेश क्र. नपाप्र-१/कावि-१०५८/२०२१, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, दिनांक १५ नोव्हेंबर २०२१ च्या आदेशान्वये त्यांनी खानापूर नगरपंचायतीच्या बाबतीत खाली दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे निवडावयाच्या सभासदांची संख्या अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्ग यांच्यासाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा व महिलांसाठी (अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्गाच्या महिलांसाठी) राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा निश्चित केलेल्या आहेत.

त्याअर्थी, आता, मा. राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्त, महाराष्ट्र यांचेकडील आदेश क्र. रानिआ/नप-२०२०/प्र.क्र.०१/क-०६, दिनांक ६ ेब्रुवारी २०२० अन्वये व महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औोगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ चे कलम १० (१) अन्वये प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मी, डॉ. अभिजीत चौधरी, जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हा सांगली याद्वारे उक्त नगरपंचायत प्रभाग क्रमांक ९, ११, १३, १६ या प्रभागांचे आरक्षण मा. सर्वाेच्च न्यायालयाच्या दिनांक १५ डिसेंबर २०२१ रोजीच्या निदशानुसार व मा. राज्य निवडणूक आयोग यांचेकडील पत्र क्रमांक रानिआ/नप-२०२१/प्र. क्र. ०६/का. ६, दिनांक १७ डिसेंबर २०२१ अन्वये या आदेशाच्या अनुसूचीमध्ये दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे निश्चित करीत असून ज्या प्रभागांमध्ये यथास्थिती सर्वसाधारण महिलांसाठी जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येतील ते प्रभाग निर्दिष्ट करीत आहे.

या आदेशाच्या तारखेच्या निकटनंतरच्या पुढील सार्वत्रिक निवडणुकीच्या प्रयोजनार्थ हा आदेश अंमलात येईल.

BY THE COLLECTOR OF SANGLI DISTRICT

No. UD/DESK-01/NP/Election/673/2021.– As per the directions of the Hon. Supreme Court dated 15th December 2021 and State Election Commissions Letter No. NP-2021/Pr.Kr.-06/Ka-6, dated 17th December 2021 a revised re-draw program for seats reserved for ordinary women from seats for Generel category converted from the B.C.C. has been announced in 2021. Accordingly, Letter No. Navi / RR / Karya-1/643/2021, dated 24th December 2021, Khanapur Nagarpanchayats final reservation proposal for General / General Women instead of B.C.C. and B.C.C. Womens has been submitted to Divisional Commissioner, Pune.

As per Letter No. NPA/1/Pr.R.Antim/Kavi-1248/2021, dated 27th December 2021 of Hon. Divisional, Commissioner, Pune, the draft ward formation has been approved. Now, therefore, I, Dr. Abhijeet Chaudhari, Collector of Sangli District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following Order namely.–

Whereas, the Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director Municipal Administration, Pune Division, Pune, by his Order No. NPA-1/WS-1058/2021, dated 15th November 2021 and the corrigendum of dated 24th December 2021 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagarpanchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) has fixed for the Khanapur Nagarpanchayat, the number of Councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the No. of seats reserved for Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens) as shown below.–

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC.2020/CR-01/Ka-06 dated 6th February 2020 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra State read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagarpanchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965). I, Dr. Abhijeet Chaudhari, Collector of Sangli District, hereby fix the reservation of the Ward No. 1, 3, 12, 17 into which the said Municipal area as per the directions of the Supreme Court Order dated 15th December 2021 and Hon. No. UD/DESK-01/NP/Election/675/2021.– As per the directions of the Hon. Supreme Court dated 15th December 2021 and State Election Commissions Letter No. NP-2021/Pr.Kr.-06/Ka-6, dated 17th December 2021 a revised re-draw program for seats reserved for Ordinary Women from seats for Generel Category converted from the B.C.C. has been announced in 2021.
