Manjusha Dinkar Parab , Personal Assistant , High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay , is hereby reverted to her original post of Stenographer ( Higher Grade) in her parent department i.e. on the establishment of the Court of Small Causes , Mumbai , due to her unsatisfactory performance during her probation period and accordingly she shall stand relieved from the establishment of High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay w.e.f. 6th January 2022 ( A.O.H. ) to join her earlier post of Stenographer (Higher Grade ) on the establishment of the Court of Small Causes , Mumbai , on 7th January 2022 ( Β.Ο.Η. )

( iii ) High Court Notification No. PL(APP )/ Steno/2019/ 1861 , dated 2nd April 2019 in respect of appointment of S/ Shri Dnyaneshwar Ashok Ethape and Rushikesh Vishnu Patil as Personal Assistants .
No. PL ( APP )/PROB/GR.-A/52/2022 .-The following Personal Assistants are appointed on the establishment of the High Court , Appellate Side , Bombay vide Notification referred above , on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring them to have satisfactorily completed the probation period , is made by the Appointing Authority , whichever is later . They have joined as Personal Assistant on the dates mentioned against their names in Column No. 3. They have completed their probation period satisfactorily . Considering the leave availed by them during the probation period , they are continued on an officiating basis as Personal Assistant with effect from the dates mentioned against their names in Column No. 4 .
