महाराष्ट्र नगर परिषदा, नगर पंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५.
क्रमांक एमयूएम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.३०५/नवि -१७.—महाराष्ट्र नगर परिषदा, नगर पंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र.४०) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त अधिनियम" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) याच्या कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (३), कलम ३४१अ चे पोट-कलम (१ब ) च्या तरतुदीनुसार, महाराष्ट्र शासन याारे, लातूर जिल्ह्यातील शिरुर ताजबंद या ग्रुप ग्रामपंचायतीचे स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे संक्रमणात्मक क्षेत्र म्हणून विनिर्दिष्ट करण्यासाठी आणि उक्त क्षेत्रासाठी "शिरुर ताजबंद नगरपंचायत " या नावाने नगरपंचायत गठित करण्याच्या दृष्टीने, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३४१अ चे पोट-कलम (१), (१ब) आणि (२) याारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, अधिसूचना काढण्याचा आपला हेतू घोषित करीत आहे.
२. उक्त उद्घोषणेला कोणताही आक्षेप घेणाऱ्या व्यक्तीने ही उद्घोषणा महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून तीस दिवसांच्या कालावधीत जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हा लातूर, जिल्हाधिकारी यांचे कार्यालय, बार्शी रोड, लातूर एमआयडीसी, एमआयडीसी, लातूर ४१३ ५३१ यांच्याकडे लेखी आक्षेप कारणासह सादर करणे आवश्यक असेल.
३. उक्त कालावधीमध्ये मिळालेल्या अशा कोणत्याही आक्षेपावर शासनाकडून विचार करण्यात येईल.

क्रमांक एमयूएम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.३०५/नवि-१७.- ज्याअर्थी, शासनाने महाराष्ट्र नगर परिषदा, नगर पंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र.४०) (यात यापुढे ज्यांचा उल्लेख "उक्त अधिनियम" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) च्या कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (३), कलम ३४१अ चे पोट-कलम (१ब) अन्वये प्रदान के लेल्या तरतुदीनुसार, शासन उद्घोषणा, नगर विकास विभाग, क्र. एमयूएम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.३०५/नवि-१७, दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०२२ याारे महाराष्ट्र शासन असाधारण राजपत्र, दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०२२ यामध्ये उद्घोषणा प्रसिद्ध के ली असून, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३४१अ चे पोट-कलम (१), (१ब) आणि (२) च्या तरतुदीनुसार, शासनाने लातूर जिल्ह्यातील शिरुर ताजबंद या ग्रुप ग्रामपंचायतीचे स्थानिक क्षेत्र, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रातून संक्रमणात्मक क्षेत्र म्हणून विनिर्दीष्ट करण्याच्या आणि उक्त स्थानिक क्षेत्रासाठी " शिरुर ताजबंद नगरपंचायत " या नावाने नगरपंचायत गठित करण्याकरिता अधिसूचना काढण्याच्या आपल्या प्रस्तावावर आक्षेप मागविले आहेत;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासन उद्घोषणा, नगर विकास विभाग, क्र. एमयूएम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.३०५/नवि-१७, दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०२२ ही स्थानिक वृत्तपत्रात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त उद्घोषणेमध्ये नमूद कालावधीत जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हा लातूर यांच्याकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या आक्षेप आणि सूचनांचा शासनाने विचार के ला आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, भारताचे संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३-थ च्या खंड (२) मध्ये नमूद के लेल्या बाबी विचारात घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासनाला, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची "अ " मध्ये अधिक तपशीलवारपणे वर्णन के लेले उक्त स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे, संक्रमणात्मक क्षेत्र म्हणून विनिर्दिष्ट करणे इष्ट वाटते;
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३४१ अ चे पोट-कलम (१), (१ब) आणि (२) अन्वये प्रदान के लेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून उक्त स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे, संक्रमणात्मक क्षेत्र म्हणून विनिर्दिष्ट करीत असून, त्याकरिता उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३४१ अ चे पोट-कलम (२) मध्ये तरतूद के ल्याप्रमाणे, "शिरुर ताजबंद नगरपंचायत " या नावाने एक नगरपंचायत गठित करण्यात येईल. उक्त संक्रमणात्मक क्षेत्राच्या हद्दी यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची "ब" मध्ये विनिर्दिष्ट के ल्याप्रमाणे असतील.

उत्तर बाजू :- मौजे तळेगाव, जवळगा आणि कोकणगा.
पूर्व बाजू :- मौजे मांडणी, वळसंगी आणि आंबेगाव.
दक्षिण बाजू :- मौजे चोबळी.
पश्चिम बाजू:- मौजे आजनी खुर्द आणि बेलूर.

PROCLAMATION
MAHARASHTRA MUNICIPAL COUNCILS, NAGAR PANCHAYATS AND INDUSTRIAL TOWNSHIPS ACT, 1965.
No. MUM-2020/C.R.305/UD-17.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1B) of section 341A read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra hereby announces its intention to issue a notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) (1B) and (2) of section 341A of the said Act, with a view to specify the local area of the Group Village Panchayat Shirur Tajband in Latur District, being an area in transition from rural area to an urban area, and to constitute a Nagar Panchayat by the name of "the Shirur Tajband Nagar Panchayat" for the said transitional area.
2. Any person who entertains any objection to the said Proclamation is hereby required to submit the same in writing with the reasons therefor, to the Collector, District Latur, Collectorate Office, Barshi Rd, Latur MIDC, MIDC, Latur - 413 531 within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
3. Any such objection which may be received during the said period will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION
No. MUM-2020/C.R.305/UD-17.—Whereas, by the Government Proclamation, Urban Development Department, No.MUM-2020/C.R.305/UD-17, dated the 17th January 2022, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-I-A, Extraordinary, Central Division Supplement, dated the 17th January 2022, issued in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1B) of section 341A read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra had invited objections within a period of thirty days, from the date of publication thereof in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, to its proposal to issue a notification under sub-sections (1), (1B) and (2) of section 341A of the said Act, to specify the local area of the Group Village Panchayat of Shirur Tajband in Latur District, being an area in transition from rural area to an urban area and to be a transitional area and to constitute a Nagar Panchayat by the name of "the Shirur Tajband Nagar Panchayat" for the said transitional area ;
And whereas, the Government Proclamation Urban Development Department, No.MUM- 2020/C.R.305/UD-17, dated the 17th January 2022, was published in the local Newspaper;
And whereas, the objections received in pursuant to the said Proclamation by the Collector, Latur District, within the specified period, have been considered by the Government;
And whereas, having regard to the factors mentioned in clause (2) of article 243-Q of the Constitution of India, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to specify the said local area, more particularly described in Schedule "A" appended hereto, to be a transitional area;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (1B) and (2) of section 341A of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, specifies the said local area to be a transitional area, for which there shall be constituted a Nagar Panchayat as provided in sub-section (2) of section 341A of the said Act, by the name of the Shirur Tajband Nagar Panchayat. The boundaries of the said transitional area shall be such as are specified in Schedule "B" appended hereto.

North Side :- Village Talegaon, Jawalga and Kokanga.
East Side :- Village Mandani, Valsangi and Ambegaon.
South Side :- Village Chobali.
West Side :- Village Ajani and Belur.
