(cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) झोपडप(cid:446)ी (सुधारणा, िनमू (cid:593)लन आिण पुनिव(cid:593)कास) अिधिनयम, १९७१ चे कलम ३ (क) उप कलम (१) अनुसार "झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन (cid:550)े(cid:327)" घोिषत कर(cid:256)याचे अिधकार मु(cid:243)य काय(cid:593)कारी अिधकारी यांना आहेत.
(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त कलम ३ (क) चे उप कलम (१) मधील श(cid:242)तीचा वापर क(cid:544)न, मी, खालील(cid:332)माणे अनुसूचीम(cid:260)ये दश(cid:593)िवलेले (cid:550)े(cid:327) "झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन (cid:550)े(cid:327)" (cid:266)हणून या(cid:465)ारे घोिषत करीत आहे. सदरचे (cid:550)े(cid:327) एकि(cid:327)क(cid:565)त िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण व (cid:332)ो(cid:257)साहन िनयमावली (UDCPR-२०२०) चे िनयम १४.७ अ(cid:261)वये "झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन योजना" दाखल कर(cid:256)यास पा(cid:327) आहे.

Whereas, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme for Thane Municipal Corporation area under the provision of section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and published in Government Gazette on dated 17th March 2016;
Whereas, in view of the provision of Section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, the Chief Executive Officer is empowered to declare any area as "Slum Rehabilitation Area".
Therefore, in view of the said provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, I, the undersigned, hereby declare the area shown in schedule as "Slum Rehabilitation Area". A Scheme of Slum Rehabilitation can be submitted on the said area as per Regulation No.14.7 of Unified Development Control And Promo- tion Regulations for Maharashtra State (UDCPR-2020).
