NOTIFICATION

No. S-30/2019 /C.R.276 /J-7 (A) - Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. GUR-2018/C.R.67/J-7(A), dated the 8th March 2019 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (4) and (5) of section 6 and sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956 (Hyd. Act No. XXXVII of 1956) constituted 'the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Board' consisting of the nine members specified therein and also nominated President of the said Board;

And whereas, Sachkhand Hazuri Khalsa Diwan, Nanded has, under clause (viii) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, nominated Sardar Gurucharan Singh Uttam Singh Ghadisaj, Sardar Shersingh Hirasingh Fauji, Sardar Surjitsingh Shersingh Fauji, Sardar Surendersingh Ajayabsingh to be the members of the said Board;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to notify the abovementioned persons nominated by the Sachkhand Hazuri Khalsa Diwan, Nanded as members of the said Board. (१) भाग चार-ब-१५–१ २ महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327) असाधारण भाग चार-ब, जानेवारी २०, २०२२/पौष ३०, शक(cid:577) १९४३ Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) read with clause (viii) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said Notification as follows :—

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, for entries 10 to 13, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—

"10. Sardar Gurucharan Singh Uttam Singh Ghadisaj,

11. Sardar Shersingh Hirasingh Fauji, Nominated under section 6(1)(viii)." 12. Sardar Surjitsingh Shersingh Fauji,

13. Sardar Surendersingh Ajayabsingh
