(cid:312)मांक संकीण(cid:593) २०२१/(cid:332).(cid:312). ५५/िव(cid:427) आयोग क(cid:550).—महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) राजकोषीय उ(cid:427)रदािय(cid:257)व व अथ(cid:593)संक(cid:269)पीय (cid:271)यव(cid:274)थापन अिधिनयम, २००५ (२००५ चा महा.१६) या(cid:247)या अिधिनयमा(cid:247)या कलम ७ (cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान कर(cid:256)यात आले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:543)न, रा(cid:249)य शासन, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) राजकोषीय उ(cid:427)रदािय(cid:257)व व अथ(cid:593)संक(cid:269)पीय (cid:271)यव(cid:274)थापन िनयम, २००६ म(cid:260)ये सुधारणा कर(cid:256)याक(cid:555)रता, पुढील िनयम करीत आहे ते असे:—
१. या िनयमांना, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) राजकोषीय उ(cid:427)रदािय(cid:257)व व अथ(cid:593)संक(cid:269)पीय (cid:271)यव(cid:274)थापन ( पिहली सुधारणा ) िनयम, २०२२ असे संबोध(cid:256)यात यावे.
२. महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) राजकोषीय उ(cid:427)रदािय(cid:257)व व अथ(cid:593)संक(cid:269)पीय (cid:271)यव(cid:274)थापन िनयम-२००६ मधील िनयम ३ म(cid:260)ये, —
(i) खंड ( क ) मधील परंतुकातील " व २०२०-२१" या मजक(cid:561)राऐवजी, " , २०२०-२१ व २०२१-२२ " हा मजक(cid:563)र दाखल कर(cid:256)यात येईल;
(ii) खंड (ख) म(cid:260)ये पुढील मजक(cid:563)र दाखल कर(cid:256)यात यावा " वष(cid:593) २०२०-२१" या मजक(cid:561)राऐवजी, " वष(cid:593) २०२०-२१ व २०२१-२२ " हा मजक(cid:563)र दाखल कर(cid:256)यात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
No. MISC -2021/CR-55/F.C. Desk.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005 (Mah. XVI of 2005) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Rules, 2006, as follows, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management (First Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In rule 3 of the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Rules, 2006,—
(i) in clause (a), in the proviso, for the word and figures " and 2020-21" the word and figures ", 2020-21 and 2021-22" shall be substituted ;
(ii) in clause (b), in the proviso, for the word and figures "year 2020-21'' the words and figures "years 2020-21 and 2021-22'' shall be substituted.
