ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. म.औ.धो.-२०२०/प्र.क्र.३३६/उद्योग-१४, दिनांक १९ जानेवारी २०२१ अन्वये महाराष्ट्राचे लॉजिस्टीक पार्क (Logistic Park) धोरण-२०२१ जाहीर करणेत आले. (या पुढे उक्त धोरण असे नमुद के ले आहे.);
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त धोरणानुसार राज्यात एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क च्या विकसनासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणुन घोषित के ले आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम १९६१ चे कलम ४३ (१-ब) नुसार, राज्य शासनाच्या सर्वसाधारण किंवा विनिर्दिष्ट निदेशांच्या अधीन राहुन, महामंडळास कोणत्याही औद्योगिक क्षेत्राला राजपत्रातील अधिसुचनेव्दारे "एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र" म्हणुन अधिसुचित करता येईल व सदर अधिसुचनेव्दारे एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राकरिता महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना प्राधिकरण असेल ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाने त्यांची अधिसूचना क्र. आय.डी.सी.२०२०/प्र.क्र.३३६/उद्योग-१४, दिनांक १९ जानेवारी २०२१, अन्वये मौजे सापे, ता. भिवंडी, जि. ठाणे येथील ८.२२७७ हे.आर क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम १९६१ चे कलम २ खंड –ग अन्वये "औद्योगिक क्षेत्र" म्हणुन जाहीर के ले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाने कमीत कमी ५ एकर (२ हेक्टर) जमिनीवर व किमान ०५ मी. रुं दीचा पोहोच रस्ता असलेल्या क्षेत्रावर एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टीक पार्क विकसित करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. नगर विकास विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन अधिसूचना क्र. टि पीएस- १८१८/अनौसं/१३/प्र.क्र.१०५/नवि-१३ दि. १३/०६/२०१८ महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या सुधारीत विकास नियंत्रण नियमावलीतील नियम क्र. १८.५ (A) च्या प्रमाणे अंमलबजावणी करावयाची आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. बी.जी.आर. रिॲलिटीज, ह्यांनी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाकडे सदरील क्षेत्राचा प्रारुप विकास आराखडा एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राच्या (लॉजिस्टीक पार्क ) विकसनासाठी मंजूरीस्तव सादर के ला आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६१ कलम ११५ सह कलम ४२० (३) (घ) अन्वये उक्त क्षेत्राचा प्रारुप विकास आराखडा मंजूर करण्याआधी नागरीकांकडून सूचना/हरकती मागविण्याकरीता नोटीस प्रसिध्द करणे आवश्यक आहे.

२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, जानेवारी २८, २०२२/माघ ८, शके १९४३त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ उक्त प्रारूप विकास आराख(cid:५०५)ाची नोटीस म.प्रा.व.न.र. अधिनियम कलम ११५ सह कलम ४० (३) (घ) अन्वये नागरीकांकडून सूचना/हरकती मागविण्याकरीता महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिध्द करीत आहे. उक्त नोटीसीची प्रत व एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राचे (लॉजिस्टीक पार्क ) प्रारुप विकास आराखडा हा या नोटीसचा भाग समजण्यात यावा. सदरील नोटीस ही महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास आराखडा महामंडळाच्या www.midcindia.org या संके त स्थळावर उपलब्ध राहील. तसेच नियोजन प्रस्ताव दर्शविणारा प्रारुप विकास आराखडा नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास आराखडा महामंडळाच्या खालील कार्यालयामध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत पाहण्यासाठी उपलब्ध राहील.

उक्त प्ररुप विकास आराख(cid:५०५)ा संबंधी नागरिकांच्या काही सुचना/हरकती असल्यास त्यांनी ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिध्द झाल्याच्या दिनांका पासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत मु(cid:१७६)य नियोजक, मऔविम यांच्या कार्यालयात खालील ठिकाणी लेखी स्वरुपात पाठवाव्यात. विहीत मुदतीत आलेल्या हरकती/ सुचनांचा विचार करून शासन मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्यात येईल. विहीत मुदतीनंतर प्राप्त होणाऱ्या हरकती/ सूचनांचा विचार के ला जाणार नाही.

(u/s115 read with sec 40 (3) (d) of MR & TP Act)

Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy 2018 has been published by Government in Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No. म.औ.धो.-1961/प्र.(cid:7059). 221 उद्योग- 2/दिनांक 14 फे ब्रुवारी 2018 (Herein referred as the said Policy) ;
And Whereas, as per section 43(1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961. That subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the 'Integrated Industrial Area' and upon such notification, the corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such 'Integrated Industrial Area' under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
And whereas, vide Notification No. IDC2020/(C.R.336)IND-14, Dated 19th January 2021 of Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared-8.2277 Ha.
area of Village Sape, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, to be an 'Industrial Area' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act 1961;
And whereas Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing Integrated Logistic Parks on the admeasuring at least 5 Acres (2Ha) and having minimum 15 MTR wide access, in accordance with the regulation no. 18.5.(A) in revised development control regulation of MIDC approved as per Urban Development, GoM notification no. TPS-1818/UOR/13/CR-105/18/UD-13 dated 13/06/2018,
And whereas, M/s. BGR Realities Pvt.Ltd., made an application requesting Maharashtra Industrial Developing Corporation to approve their Proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial are (logistic Park) in village. Sape, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane.
And whereas, as provided in section 115 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, as modified u/s 40(3)(d) it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions and objections from the citizens;
Therefore, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation hereby publishes Notice u/s 115 read with 40(3) (d) of the MR & TP Act in Government Gazette for Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions/Objection from citizen. The copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial area (Logistics Park) shall form part of this notice. The notice is made available on the Website of MIDC i.e. www.midcindia.org the proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial area (Logistics Park) is kept open for citizen's inspection during office hours at the following office:

Udyog Sarathi, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400 093 within the Period of 30 days from the date of Publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestion/Objections received within stipulated period of 30 days from the date publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered and after considering the Suggestions/Objections received; the draft master plan shall be submitted to the Government for approval.
